Scott came to my house on 7/23/13 to give me an estimate on cleaning my carpet and my La-Z-Boy recliner. The recliner had been my dog's favorite place to perch and watch the world go by for nearly 7 years. Even though the chair was covered by a blanket, it was horribly covered in dog hair. Scott was very thorough in his calculation of the estimate and very clear in his description of what he would do. He came today, 8/6/13, and performed the cleaning. He was extremely professional, courteous, and thorough in his work. My carpet looks fantastic, and, after 5 hours, is nearly dry. My recliner looks brand new!!! I won't hesitate to bring Brothers back when it's time for another carpet cleaning.
