We placed our order on a Saturday over the phone, as I was having trouble placing my order on the website--as an aside, I would work on this experience for iPad users. I was told the order would arrive the following Wednesday or Thursday, as Monday was a holiday, and it needed about 2 business days to process (2 business days was what was advertised to me). I was also told I would receive an order number and tracking information very shortly. By Wednesday I still hadn't received any information on my order of any sort. I called and was told I would receive a return phone call in 10 min. My call was never returned. I called again the following day (Thursday), and finally got an order number, and was told that the delivery company would contact me to schedule the delivery. I never heard from them, so I called. I got passed around to about 5 different representatives (including the same person, twice). I was then informed the delivery couldn't happen until the next Tuesday. All in all I eventually received the product at a reasonable price, but the entire process was pretty disorganized, and did not deliver on time as per their advertisement of 2 business days.
