I loved that I could pick up my tile at a tile warehouse/showroom near my home and avoid shipping cost. I also loved the price of the tile.

we ordered some laminate floors for our restaurant from broadway flooring. the floor came in 1 day early which was suprisingly fast. we did have a box that was damaged in shipment, but they overnighted us replacement. i wish all internet companies were this good. more

The rep really helped out with the order and cost both times when I placed an order. When I took there cost to other stores they said they can't match. Shipping was also quick. more

My distributor discontinued a product I needed and Broadway Floors carried it. They had it readily available, and they were able to complete the project for me quickly. They showed up on time, and I was happy with both the staffing and the finished project. more

I bought tile and had to return. They let me w no issues. Then we changed our mind again..and re bought the same tile. They were patient and helpful. And they give the best prices in town. more

Best deal online! 6/7/2012

Broadway Floors was under Bid4floors.com when I used them last. I ordered tile from Broadway Floors. They sent an e-mail right away about shipping. I contacted the shipping company since it was one day past the delivery date. It was a holiday weekend so there might have been a delay. There were no problems! Free shipping was one of the bonuses with Broadway Floors. Other companies always had a shipping charge. I have no complaints. They're the best deal online! more
