My initial email and phone call to Broadway Floors was answered and serviced professionally and quickly (I sent a follow-up email that was never responded to so I called). Overall, great experience (partic since the tile I ordered was not available any where else--it was discontinued 7 years ago). I picked the floor and Broadway Floors has been able to store it for me at the store until I am ready to have it installed. The owner is very nice (Jason) and he worked with me on my contract. Next time I use them they will install the carpet and laminate flooring and I trust they will do a great job! more

Nice and easy 5/31/2013

We needed a discontinued tile for a small room that had some flooding. I called Broadway Floors as they had the tile online and I wanted to be sure it was in stock. There was a wait when I called so I figured I'd just go ahead and try to place the order online which I was able to do. Within moments of placing the order I got a call from a rep who had seen my number come in but was on the other line. He was able to check my order, see it was placed, told me it was in stock and it would ship out that afternoon. I couldn't be happier. Box came in two days and was a perfect match. Customer service was excellent and I will definitely go to again with my flooring needs. more

One the Whole, a Great Experience 5/31/2013

It was a remarkably easy transaction. I was linked to Broadway by doing a Google search on the type of tile I had chosen to buy. Their price was the lowest on line, and 40 lower than the manufacturer's local dealer. I was nervous using a service with which I had no connection, but the phone rep. seemed so genuine that I felt a ease. Product was delivered timely with only three broken pieces. Truly as easy as 1 - 2 - 3!!! more

O.K. Experience 5/31/2013

I used Broadway Floors because I was in need of some hard to locate tile. In this area, your company is outstanding. However, when I used your website, it was hard to navigate with little consumer friendly information. I had to call to better place my order. In addition I never received the Email for my original receipt, as well as part of my order was missing. These oversites were eventually corrected, but my overall experience ended up being average. Perfect tile and delivery 3/20/2013

I needed specific replacement tile for my bathroom floor (since it was on the tub surround and wall too) after a water backup and the manufacturer had discontinued it. The repair company asked whether I just wanted something similar or totally different. I looked around and file the exact tile at Broadway Floors, ordered it online, and the tile was delivered a few days later in great condition. I am very pleased with them. more

This place is a joke!!!! They charge twice as much!!! 3/6/2013

This place charges twice as much as the tile originally cost because it is discontinued and then they want to charge $50 on top of it for shipping, makes since lets say we charge twice as much because it is discontinued and someone might only want one box plus rediculous shipping costs. You guys are a rip off, I hope you go bankrupt. Thanks for nothing. RESPONSE FROM Broadway Floors: Mr. Larsen, we are sorry that you can not understand how Supply and Demand works. Our price on this item is slightly higher than the price it was 2 years ago when it was in production. The secondary reason for higher pricing is because it requires extra special handling while shipping. We are offering a service that is extremely fair and helpful to people in need of our products. Our website states that there are 100 sq ft mininums on all orders! We usually do not take orders any lower than the minimum. We were actually doing you a favor by allowing you to purchase below it. Great Experience 2/24/2013

When trying to find a flooring similar to one that I had installed in one bedroom 5 years ago, I came across Broadway floors. The price of the flooring was unbeatable, both locally and online and having read customer reviews about the company I decided to go ahead and order. I am so pleased that I did. The flooring is almost an exact match, so now I can have all three of my bedrooms with the same floor. I live in South Florida and the flooring arrived within 10 days of the order and was delivered right outside the door with no problems. I would definitely recommend Broadway Floors to anyone planning a new floor more

We ordered 30 cases of the Interceramic Timberland tile. 1/29/2013

We ordered 30 cases of the Interceramic Timberland tile for our dining room & kitchen floors. We had already done one room in this tile, liked it so much decided to do more. These guys were the best priced company around. Good price, good service, Nice tile! more

WAS A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH THEM. WAS A LITTLE TAKEN BACK WITH THE PRICING BUT I HAD NO CHOICE ANS WAS JUST HAPPY IN THE END TO FIND THE TILE EVENTHOUGH THE SIZE WAS SMALLER THAN THE REST IN MY HOUSE. I WILL SAY IT IS DOWN AND LOOKS TERRIFIC :( THANK YOU SO MUCH. more
