Received no communication from company as to shipping date/info. Only received after I inquired if order had shipped.
Received tile and the carrier commented when he called to arrange delivery that he'd never seen boxes in worse shape. Tile arrived with 1/4 of tiles broken or chipped. There were 4 boxes and not one box was in tact with all four side/top/bottom. Carrier had documented receipt of shipment that way. Quality of tile was poor as well. On website with manufacturer number but clearly a one-off as it is thinner and a little smaller than the original tiles from the manufacturer that we were trying to match. Overall a poor experience.
