I found Broadway floors by accident and I am so very happy that I did! I am impressed with the customer experience. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product, supply, and shipping process. I ordered my tile on Tuesday and received the tracking number that evening. On Friday, the local shipping company called me to schedule the delivery. I ordered 1100 feet of tile and got it delivered in 6 days, right on time!! more

Double shipped my tile. I ordered 9 boxes and was shipped 18. When I called and asked for a RMA or something to ship the tile that I did not buy or order, I was told that it would probably cost more to ship them back than they cost so unless I heard from someone at the store I should keep them. So thanks. more

Couldn;t ask for a better company to do business with. When I found a product for less they immediately beat the price by 10. Shipping is fast and direct to the home, product was in perfect condition, not one single tile chiped or broken. I've used them three times and every time was as good as the first. My order was Fast, easy and the cheapest on the net. I searched and searched in an attempt to find a cheaper price to price match to but could not find any cheaper. You cant beat no sales tax or shipping fees. They also have great communication. When ordering, the sales rep confirmed that all tile was in stock and estimated the delivery time (which was spot on). I also received a copy of my order via email. My shipping was EXACTLY as described and delivered during the time and day we agreed upon (8-10am). The shipper also gave me a call the Friday before to confirm that the time worked for me and then called again the morning of delivery for a heads up. From start to finish I had my order (wood look tile) within a week. I could not ask for better service. On a side note, if you order the wood look tile I recommend that you get samples of the tile first. There is a huge difference in the tile (from look and feel to durability) and samples look a lot different in person. I was glad that I had samples before ordering. I am extremely happy with my order and it looks amazing installed. We get the same look of wood but the durability of tile (for the dogs and children). more

Company was great to deal with. Received tile very quickly, within a few days of ordering it. The only place online that had the discontinued tile I was looking for and you can't beat the free shipping. However, I did think the tile was a bit pricey at $4/ sq ft but I had no choice since I needed it and couldn't find it elsewhere. more

My experience with broadway floors has been great . The tile I purchased was on sale for a better price than the big blue store and free shipping! How could you go wrong? I would also like to point out that the tile you get from Broadway are not seconds like some other stores . All in all from purchase to ship took 7 days from Texas to New York so now my wife would like the same time for the install ! Thank You Chris B more

My mother had purchased the same flooring as my wife and I had purchased but my mother bought her flooring flooring from a local company. It turns out she paid over a dollar more a square foot. Now for her next two rooms she asked for the website where I purchased mine. The tile arrived fast and the driver who delivered it was great. I would definitely do business with your company again. more
