I like the system of Bridal Exclusives uses to help you find a dress. The staff had me go all around the store and pick out every dress that appealed to me. Then we went back to the dressing area and the divided the dresses into the different styles, I tried on one style at a time to see what style really looked best on my body, I am really happy with the outcome! more

The Bridal Exclusives store in Clackamas is a cute store with a wide range of selections. They have Maggie Sottero, Allure Bridals, Casablanca, Justin Alexander, etc. All of the dresses are extremely beautiful, and it's hard to pick just one dress. Friendly staff and great customer service! more

I like this store because my wife shops here and always comes home in agood mood afterwards. They are professional and kind. more

First things first, they don't deserve a star at all! I wouldn't even be giving them one if this site didn't make me in order to proceed. I went here in October of 2010 to find my wedding dress. I found the one that I loved and bought EVERYTHING to go with it from the slip to the earrings. Well my wedding ended up being pushed back due to health and financial issues. When I finally went in to finish paying off my dress and pick everything up (which I had an appointment for), I was DEVASTATED!!! I went to Finishing Touch to pick everything up, and Suzi, couldn't find ANY of my items!!! She told me she would thoroughly search the store after they closed and deliver the items to my house personally. I left feeling completely lost and in tears. I went back to Bridal Exclusives to see if they knew what had happened, and all the store manager could tell me is that ""we've never lost a dress before. That can't be possible. I'm sure it will turn up."" My response to that was ""well obviously it can, cause you just lost everything I had just paid for!!"" She was too busy behind the desk and wouldn't make any time for me or their problem. Every sales person there could hear how ""bridezilla"" I had become. I just couldn't believe it! I left with no answers and no product because my finance and I had plans that night. I couldn't even enjoy our date night because I was so upset about what was going on with my dress and things. Suzi called me late that night to inform me that she couldn't find any of my merchandise. I was devastated! I didn't know whether to cry, or punch something! She told me that I could come back into the store in a couple of days and pick out anything that I wanted, no matter what the price, at no additional charge. Not my ideal situation, since they no longer carried ""my"" dress, but it was better than nothing and I was willing to give it a shot. I went in and found something else that I liked. I don't love it, but after everything, I just want to be done with them. It's been about 2 months since all that happened and so far things aren't going so well. I asked them if everything could just be shipped directly to my house based on the situation and was told no. So I told them that I wanted a phone call every time something came in so that I could come and pick it up and know where my stuff was at all times. They said no problem. I have not received any phone calls at all. I've been the one having to call them! I've found out that everything is in except for my dress (which they said should be here by the first week in June) and my earrings, which they said have been shipped, but they don't know where they are......MAJOR RED FLAG!!!! I swear if they lose anything again, I will go completely NUTS!!! I was told that everything had been shipped to the Bridgeport location and that when my dress and earrings came in, they would be bringing them to Clackamas. I told them no, that I would go and pick it all up in Bridgeport and she gave me the number to call them to set up an appt to go and get it. I've now been trying to call for almost 30 minutes and no one's answering. It has their hours posted online as being open for at least another 2 hours. This has been the WORST experience in the entire process of this wedding!! I would NEVER recommend this company or anyone they're associated with to ANYONE EVER!! I've had 4 people I know either get married this year, or will be getting married later this year, and I've told everyone to stay as far away from this place as possible!!! more

One of my best friends went through them to order her bridesmaid dresses. We all individually went in to get measured and we all had the same awful experience. After they measured us they basically pushed us into ordering a size we knew would be too big, for me they said size 12 when in any dress i've ever worn has been an 8 or 10, one of the other girls has never been bigger than a size 2 and they told her she should get a 4, we took there advice because there was no sample dress to try on so how were we to know.... come to find out when we picked them up they were relentless in asking how it fit and if we were sure it wasn't too big, (mine fell down once i zipped it!!) they made it obvious they expected us to use them for all alterations!!! Not to mention the girl who helped us who i believe was the store manager was completely rude! Needless to say none of us are using them for out alterations on our dresses!!!! more

I must first admit, I did not buy my dress from here. HOWEVER, it is only because I had a friend make me one instead. That said, I looked at 5 shops for dresses and Bridal Exclusives was the first I went to. Unfortunately, they spoiled me to the point that I expected all the rest to treat me the same. Amber was awesome and so was the rest of the staff. They took their time with me, actually seemed as happy and excited as me and made the entire experience WONDERFUL. Not only did they listen and offer flattering suggestions, but they would add special touches to each dress to make them unique and make the bride to be feel wonderful. i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone...unlike most of the other places I went to (AniA's, Silver Lining, and Charolttes to name a few) more

I was excited to start looking for my wedding dress, but my first two experiences at other bridal stores were difficult. You see, I'm 49, a size 12/14, and not necessarily the target demographic for wedding dresses. By the time I was done with those first two experiences, I felt matronly, fat and frumpy. I was afraid there might not be that ""perfect"" wedding dress experience for me.\r \r Amber to the rescue! A friend encouraged me to make an appointment with Amber and came with me for my third try. The very first dress I tried on was THE dress! I absolutely felt like a princess! And of course it was a dress Amber picked out - she knew what would flatter my figure and encouraged me to just try it on. \r \r Of course I had to try on about 6 more dresses just to make sure (besides, it was fun!), but in the end I tried on that first dress again. We laughed and had such a good time through the entire appointment, she put me at ease, and I ended up with my dress, veil and a beautiful hair clip. I definitely felt vibrant and beautiful during this appointment - wow!\r \r I can't recommend Amber highly enough! She truly has a gift and obviously loves helping every woman find just the right dress for her special day. Thank you, Amber! more

When I began my search for the perfect wedding dress, I made the trip to one of the popular bridal chains. Boy was that a mistake. Our consultant had another bride at the same time and didn't spend any time getting to know us,much less helping us. We spent more time standing around trying to get her attention than trying on dresses. It was really quite awful, not at all what I expected this shopping experience to be. My wedding consultant recommended that I call Amber at Bridal Exclusives. Why had I ever wasted my time with the chain stores? This was EXACTLY what I was hoping for in my wedding dress buying experience! Amber was patient, friendly and truly made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. She helped me to find the perfect, perfect dress and it is certainly not one that I would have chosen on my own. It is so very clear that Amber absolutely loves what she does and I'm telling you, the girl is GOOD. So, as a friend of mine began planning her wedding she also tried a chain store, then she tried a different bridal salon where she was treated very poorly. She had been struggling to find the perfect dress and was nearly content settling on a dress that was ""almost"" right. I recommended she give Amber a call. Guess what? Yep! Amber strikes again :) She not only helped her find the most perfect dress, it was the first one she tried on! This is definitely not ""almost"" the one, it is absolutely fabulous. Amber, thank you, thank you, thank you for helping to make this process so special for me and now for my dear friend. Who else is gettin' married? :) more

Last week my fiance went to this store to get a vaiel for a wedding dress she already had and was not helped. After waiting for a while and asking for help the lady who seemed to be the manager was rude. We returned the vaiel and purchased it at a diffrent store where they were more friendly and helpfull for a first time bride who needed more help. more

Patricia was my wedding consultant and she made trying on wedding dresses a very positive experience for me. This was the first time I had tried on any dresses and she was very positive and asked the right questions to lead me to make my choice on which dress I liked the best. She was very energetic and positive, and very helpful. She let me choose what I wanted to try on and also suggested trying on others she thought I would like. It turns out that I liked what I thought I would not like. Patricia was awesome. I had a wonderful experience. Pros: Very friendly staff more

I ordered a bridesmaid's dress in July to arrive the end of Nov for a Dec 26th wedding. After hearing nothing from Bridal Exclusives in Nov, I called in the beginning of Dec to follow up with the dress. After checking up on it, I received a call 5 days later saying that the dress had just shipped and would arrive in 3 days. Well the 3 days came and went, and again (surprise, surprise) I heard nothing. I called again to follow up and finally heard the dress had ""just arrived yesterday"" a week later. It is now 12 days until the wedding and I still don't have the dress. I can't pick it up at the alterations place without an appointment and I can't make an appointment because they are closed due to a sick employee. Would you want this to happen to your wedding? more

ok you brides out there,,.. :) :) this is for u, my baby proposed to me a few months ago, and the first thing for us girls, is that perfect dress, that makes the perfect look. Ok i was freaking out, I thought that I was never going to find my type of style dress, and if I did find it, I would never fit into one, but when I came there, everyone was so nice to me, and every single dress fit so perfectly, and I got to choose my favorites, and I finally choose the best, and the girl that was helping me was so sweet, you guys ask for Jessica I think it was, who works there.. tell her alena sent u, she will be the sweetest, most helpful, and she will try and save money for u, while getting the best for u, its so amazing. love that girl, and now so much of the pressure and stress is off.. cause.. i got my perfeeect DRESS!!!!! This is the first place I went looking for my dress and it was such a fun experience! I wanted to try other bridal stores before making a decision but after going to Bridal Exclusives every other place was a let down, so of course I came back here to buy my dress. My consultant was Patricia and she was amazing! She was so helpful and genuine, she helped me determine which type of dress looked best on me and she made sure to bring me lots of options in my favorite style. I had the best and most relaxing time finding my second dress. Yes you heard me this was my second dress, the first dress and shop were horrific and all I can say is I am glad that store closed. However, I decided in the second search to do more and be more careful and Bridal Exclusives made it onto the list. Alyssa was the best she helped me beyond belief and we found the perfect dress. She made sure that it matched my veil and that the jewelry shoes and accessories all were perfect together before I left the store. Everyone was professional and friendly and I am blessed to have had such a great experience. Thank you for everything and I hope your store stays in business a very long time because you are the type of shop that every bride would want to experience! As they say when you first book your appointment, it is truly an experience like no other. My appointment was made with Madeline and she was so awesome! She spent plenty of time with me, assisting with trying on every dress and gave some of her expert advice with every fitting. I am expecting, so that has changed the type of dress I originally planned to wear and that worried me. I want to look fab on my wedding date, and not be in a moo moo! No worries, Madeline helped me find the perfect empire style dress that will be flattering for my special day. She truly made this a pleasant experience and I am so assured that I will look like a princess on my wedding day. With accessories and all! Bridal Exclusives in Clackamas, OR does darn near everything right. From a huge selection of bridal gowns, to outgoing and helpful consultants, to a comfortable atmosphere. I've been to several bridal shops/boutiques in the Salem and Portland area, and I ran into the same problem at each of them - there were friendly consultants but they just didn't have that spark of genuine enthusiasm and determination to ensure that you, the bride, end up with your dream ensemble. No matter that I was even late to my appointment, my consultant Becca went above and beyond her employee duties to ensure that I was well taken care of. In every individual's job there is some aspect of customer service, and for me it is something that determines whether or not I return or give them my business. There is no question with Bridal Exclusives - I would recommend them to any bride or bridesmaid looking for that perfect dress! more

I went into Bridal Exclusives to buy my bridesmaid dress a year or so ago. I had the most WONDERFUL consultant Becca, who was so welcoming and friendly. She made me feel like I was the bride and not just a bridesmaid. She was sooo helpful and helped me all the way through the ordering and altering process. Bridal Exclusives has any size you can think of and Becca makes you feel beautiful for being any size! I am so happy with the service I got and I will go back when I get married and make sure Becca is my consultant!! Pros: Lots of parking, great prices, EVERYTHING! Cons: NOTHING! more

When a girl is looking for her perfect wedding dress, she shouldn't settle for less than amazing. I had a friend who recently got engaged and bought her dress through Bridal Exclusives and absolutely LOVED the service there. I decided to go in and try it out, not having ANY idea what I wanted. Becca (who was an amazing consultant) showed me how they had it organized and had me select a dress from each style. I still couldn't really find one I loved, but I described the one or two things on some of the other dresses that I liked. She went away for a second and came back with the most beautiful dress I've ever seen. It had absolutely EVERYTHING I described that I wanted. And I never felt any pressure AT ALL.\r \r So to sum up, they were all extremely helpful and attentive. She was interested in my and my now husband's story, asked questions and genuinely seemed to care about getting me my perfect dress.\r \r If you want a place that is caring, helpful, knowledgable, and carries beautiful wedding gowns, Bridal Exclusives is your place. more

I went to five different bridal shops when looking for my perfect wedding dress. I started at Bridal Exclusives and no other place I went matched it for customer services. When I came in for my appointment, Becca (the bridal consultant assigned to me) spent two hours helping me find the perfect dress. I came in not quite sure what I wanted and I left with a much better idea. I can't speak for all of the bridal consultants, but I can definitely say that Becca really knew what she was doing. She made the whole process a lot of fun. I ended up buying my dress at Bridal Exclusives. I referred two friends to Bridal Exclusives. They both got their wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses there and have been very happy as well. Pros: excellent customer service, wide selection more
