I ordered a bridesmaid's dress in July to arrive the end of Nov for a Dec 26th wedding. After hearing nothing from Bridal Exclusives in Nov, I called in the beginning of Dec to follow up with the dress. After checking up on it, I received a call 5 days later saying that the dress had just shipped and would arrive in 3 days. Well the 3 days came and went, and again (surprise, surprise) I heard nothing. I called again to follow up and finally heard the dress had ""just arrived yesterday"" a week later. It is now 12 days until the wedding and I still don't have the dress. I can't pick it up at the alterations place without an appointment and I can't make an appointment because they are closed due to a sick employee. Would you want this to happen to your wedding?
