I went to five different bridal shops when looking for my perfect wedding dress. I started at Bridal Exclusives and no other place I went matched it for customer services. When I came in for my appointment, Becca (the bridal consultant assigned to me) spent two hours helping me find the perfect dress. I came in not quite sure what I wanted and I left with a much better idea. I can't speak for all of the bridal consultants, but I can definitely say that Becca really knew what she was doing. She made the whole process a lot of fun. I ended up buying my dress at Bridal Exclusives. I referred two friends to Bridal Exclusives. They both got their wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses there and have been very happy as well.
