Very, very rude, inappropriate and vulgar!! I made an appointment through my warranty company for a washing machine issue who contracted with Boston Joe's. I made the appointment for between 12:00 - 5:00, they showed up at 9:30, nobody was home so they left us a message. Called them back and they said there was somebody in the area so they sent them early and now they could not come back, we stated that our appointment was for after 12:00, but they did not care. My wife took the day off to be home and nothing got fixed, or even looked at! They said to me, ""if I checked the schedule yesterday and saw you were booked for the afternoon I would have called to switch the times, but I didn't and we can't come back now"". So since they messed up their scheduling they expected us to take more time off, and said ""what else do you want me to do? We tried to come out and you were not there."" Gee I don't know, maybe provide customer service and admit fault/error!!! The ""owner"" then got on the phone and said, "" I am tired of dealing with you and your wife, either take the other appointment or call back your warranty company for someone else to do the repair."" Being a Director for a large local company I was floored by this reaction. When I confronted the ""owner"" about his ridiculously poor customer service and social interaction he said, ""I don't have #$@%^& time to deal with you and your irate #$^%# wife! I have a business to run"" and hung up the phone (yes that is vulgar profanity). Never have I been treated so poorly as a customer who did nothing wrong to begin with. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs! You don't have to base it just off of me, read all of the other reviews as well.
