I had a refrigerator problem and called Whirlpool service center. They made a service appointment for me with these guys. I was told that technician will call the day before to confirm. Appointment time frame was from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Nobody called me to confirm. On the scheduled day around 2:00 PM I started to get nervous and called service center to make sure that repairman is coming. They couldn't reach Boston Joe's what so ever. Customer Rep left 3 or 4 voice messages but it was all in vain. I ended up scrambling to find another repair company, hopefully it will be different experience.
