Our refrigerator has been down for several weeks now. A young tech came to our home to "fix' it but he actually scratched his head and said that he didn't know how to fix one of these. He made some minor repairs (unclogging the ice build up) and left. The fridge took about a week to cool and then it began to warm up again. I called Sears and they recommended Boston Joe's again. I was doubtful that someone there would be able to fix it but Sears told me that I could request a senior technician. When I called Boston Joe's to determine the date and time of the appointment, the abrupt man (he wouldn't tell me his name) told me that the techs work in territories and that I could not have anyone else. If I didn't want the young man to come, then I had to call Sears back and get one of their techs. I told him that the previous tech was not able to fix our fridge and we wanted someone else and the abrupt man called me rude for saying that! I don't know how that comment was rude - it was true!
