Wonderful repair and customer service!! 1/13/2012

I was refered to Bodycraft by my insurance company. I spoke with Andrea when i called and she explained i could come in at any time to drop off my car. When i got to Body craft Andra introduced herself as she was at the front desk at the time and got me set up with an estimater and explained if i had any questions to feel free to call her ( and i did many times). Let me say it was refreshing to walk into a repair center that is clean and doesnt smell like grease or sweat and see someone smile as i came through the door. Unlike other places that once the door opens they say ""ill be right with you"" and your at the counter forever while they get their coffee refilled. I took a seat and and within about 3 minutes Juan introduced himself as my estimater and we went to look at my vehicle. He was very imformative and explained the visable damage along with possible damage we couldnt see, he was very knowledgable and i appreciated that he put the information in terms that were less technical so i could understand. Through the whole process of getting my car repaird, i was informed and updated, and when i called with questions i didnt wait on hold forever for them to pick up the phone to talk to me. As their time is valuable so is mine and i appreciate their time and patience and knowledge and their professionalism. When i picked up my vehicle, it was beautiful!!! Washed inside and out smelled fresh and clean you wouldnt have ever known it was in an accident, it looked like i was picking it up from the detail shop! I would use them again (heaven for bid i have another accident) and i have already refered them to my friends and family. Thank you Bodycraft for making this such an easy process and handling everything for me. Andrea and Juan THANK YOU, No matter how many questions i had and how many times i called, i never sensed frustration in your voices and you answered all my questions. You are an asset to this company along with all the other staff. more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! 1/5/2012

honestly, I wouldn't even give this place one star. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. What a joke. I rear ended a car around December 6th and had to have it towed. This place was ""highly recommended"" by State Farm so I decided to send it there. What a mistake. First of all, It took over two weeks to just get the estimate. I was away on business in New York so I have to receive everything by email, and the staff there was less then helpful. Finally, after they made me fax a handwritten signature, they ordered the parts. Yes, after two weeks they were just ordering the parts. Now, about a month later, its still not done. They have told me ""one more day"" about four times. So a few days ago they told me It was going to be done and that I could pick it up anytime after 9am. At noon I got a ride over there and was ready to pick it up To no surprise, Juan, the most unhelpful person I have even met, informed me that they just realized a part is missing. No call before I took two hours out of my car to drop off my rental car and go over there, nothing.Then, to make it worse, the Volvo dealer didn't have the part either and they have to order it. What kind of company tells a customer that their car will be done and when they show up to take it home it's missing an important part? Unbelievable. I was beside myself with anger and Juan just didn't give a Fack about me or my time. Juan then promised me the part would be in the next day and I could pick it up [today]. Why did I even believe him? I just now received a call that the airbags were not installed properly and the seat belt is not working either, so its going to be another week to repair the ""safely features."" I have now called my insurance company and they are taking this joke of a repair company off of their list. I advise you to go ANYWHERE ELSE then this place. more

Extremely Satisfied 12/28/2011

Bodycraft came highly recommended by my Insurance company. In past experiences I was never too fond of car repair facilities, Bodycraft changed that for me! From the beginning of this process I dealt with friendly knowledgeable people. The repairs were done in a timely manner all the while I was kept informed. When I picked up my car it looked better than it did the day I bought it. I will recommend to everyone I know in need of Collision repair. Thank you Bodycraft for making this a pleasant experience. more

Horrible Experience 11/2/2010

When we first brought our car in for an estimate we were not given the actual detailed paperwork stating every scratch. We got it via mail from State Farm later. This is important as we would have seen some of the work was not covered. When we were called to pick up the car all the scratches were not repaired and the rear view mirror that had to be replaced has to be repainted to match the other side of the car. This process took another week. Bodycraft did pay for the car rental for the extra week after we complained to State Farm. Our insurance was also billed another $200. to repaint. This work should have been done in the first place. When we went to pick up the car the first time two dogs came running out of a back office jumping up on the counter lunging at our faqces. One of the girls behind the counter grabbed the snarling barking dogs. We discussed this with one of the employees who suggested we contact the main Bodycraft headquarters. The dogs apparently belong to Pete the Manager. We won't be using this shop anymore. more

Go somewhere else! 3/8/2007

I went to this bodyshop to get minor dents out of my side panel and when I got my car back the rear window was broken. Let me elaborate a little, they repaired the right side of my car and the exterior looked great, then I rolled down my windows and my right rear did not come back up. Beyond this, they do not inform their customers of the progress that is being made, I had to call them to find out nothing was being done for two weeks. If you want your car to be taken car of properly, take it somewhere else. They have horrible customer service and the managers (Pete and Jeff) are extremely rude and degrading. Pros: Great exterior work done Cons: bad customer service, timeliness of repairs (3 weeks) more
