Review content:
When we first brought our car in for an estimate we were not given the actual detailed paperwork stating every scratch. We got it via mail from State Farm later. This is important as we would have seen some of the work was not covered. When we were called to pick up the car all the scratches were not repaired and the rear view mirror that had to be replaced has to be repainted to match the other side of the car. This process took another week. Bodycraft did pay for the car rental for the extra week after we complained to State Farm. Our insurance was also billed another $200. to repaint. This work should have been done in the first place. When we went to pick up the car the first time two dogs came running out of a back office jumping up on the counter lunging at our faqces. One of the girls behind the counter grabbed the snarling barking dogs. We discussed this with one of the employees who suggested we contact the main Bodycraft headquarters. The dogs apparently belong to Pete the Manager. We won't be using this shop anymore.
