Body Envy is the best! The workouts are fun, motivating and truly strengthen your body. You can see the results really quickly--in lost pounds and increased muscle and tone. I have been with BE for several years, am in my forties and am stronger than ever and in the best shape of my life. I always feel good about what I did after going to work out; it is a highlight of my day. I love meeting and working out with women with the same goals as me--to be healthy and fit. I have learned a lot from the nutrition information provided and have changed my eating habits. And the coaches are fantastic! Body Envy Boot Camp is the BEST workout around! The coaches are second to none and the workouts always give you a challenge no matter how long you've been coming. The results are extraordinary if you just put in the effort. The support provided by the staff and fellow campers is amazing...from nutrition, to tips to just getting you to camp. It's the perfect way to start my day and then there are no excuses at the end of the day. It's also very encouraging once you see results and the smaller you in the mirror and in your shadow. The feedback from friends, family, coworkers & other boot campers is so motivating. When you have to go shopping because all your clothes are too big...that's a great problem to have! My workouts in the gym weren't getting me results I wanted so I knew I needed to do something more. When I saw a friend I hadn't seen in awhile, she told me about BodyEnvy Boot camp and how they helped her lose weight and get fit I knew I had to give them a try. I absolutely love going to camp for the challenging workouts that vary day after day, and week after week. Women of all ages and fitness levels attend the classes given by great coaches who are there to teach and support you throughout your workout. The hour classes fly by! I have been going to BEBC for 6 month's now and I absolutely love it! The first night that I started I could barely get through the warm-up, no joke! It is a very challenging workout and everyday it is different. I have gotten so much stronger in a short period of time. The coaches are all wonderful and really care and always make sure your form is correct and that you are doing the exercises correct. It's a ladies only workout and all the ladies are awesome! Everyone is encouraging and there are all ages, shapes, sizes, abilities, etc. so the coaches help tailor the workout for everyone there. Before I started training at BEBC my energy was low and I was completely out of shape. I now hike Camelback Mountain and Piestewa Peak regularly! I would recommend BEBC to anyone thinking of starting a workout or thinking of hiring a trainer. These guys are the real deal and will kick your butt into shape!!! more

This is the best place to be if you want results! I have tried other Bootcamps and let me tell you I have not found any Bootcamp that gets me in better shape then this one. They offer plenty of times and days of the week to get your camp in and the instructors are supportive and knowledgable. I don't know where I would be without this bootcamp! Carpenter more
