Body Envy Boot Camp is the BEST workout around! The coaches are second to none and the workouts always give you a challenge no matter how long you've been coming. The results are extraordinary if you just put in the effort. The support provided by the staff and fellow campers is amazing...from nutrition, to tips to just getting you to camp. It's the perfect way to start my day and then there are no excuses at the end of the day. It's also very encouraging once you see results and the smaller you in the mirror and in your shadow. The feedback from friends, family, coworkers & other boot campers is so motivating. When you have to go shopping because all your clothes are too big...that's a great problem to have!
