My workouts in the gym weren't getting me results I wanted so I knew I needed to do something more. When I saw a friend I hadn't seen in awhile, she told me about BodyEnvy Boot camp and how they helped her lose weight and get fit I knew I had to give them a try.
I absolutely love going to camp for the challenging workouts that vary day after day, and week after week. Women of all ages and fitness levels attend the classes given by great coaches who are there to teach and support you throughout your workout. The hour classes fly by! I recommend everyone give them a try and see how great you'll feel. It's the gift I give to myself every month.
