I came into the dealership just looking not ready to buy yet. I was greeted by Haik K he was friendly, not at all pushy and very knowledgeable about the entire product line. Haik took the time with me even though he knew I was not ready to buy, he decided to build a great relationship with me. Over the months we would communicate via email and I finally decided to purchase a Tacoma, Haik again with no pressure made me feel at ease and just gave me a good deal. I have been too many dealerships over the past couple of months and have to say my experience at Bob Smith Toyota was by far the best. I think I have a new friend, Haik. I will definitely recommend him and Bob Smith to all my friends and family.
