The website projected warmth; family owned and not huge. I dread buying cars because of typical high pressure atmosphere. B.S.T. is unlike any other dealership as it is full of friendly, not aggressive employees. Tony as so helpful and kind, he eased my tension. Tom was also low key and friendly.
