One look inside the Blue Moon and you have to realize that this is no ordinary restaurant. There are about 10 tables with little room for anything else, and basically one server. So anyone who complains about the long wait or the lack of space will never appreciate this little diner. After a 30 minute wait on a Wednesday morning, our waitress apologized about 15 times to us, which was unnecessary, since we knew what to expect. She took our order in less than 5 minutes and 10 minutes later we had a hot, fresh breakfast in front of us. The Capt Crunch french toast is out of this world, the omlettes are stuffed with fresh ingredients and the cinnamon rolls are sinful. The portions are large and you will not leave feeling hungry. The waitress was extremely friendly and efficient, especially considering the room full of diners. 30 minutes outside in the cold and the rain was nothing compared to the warm feeling we felt when we left! Expect a wait (hey they were featured on DDD after all!), but go here anytime you're in the mood for a relaxed and fantastic meal!!!
Pros: delicious everything, laid back attitude
Cons: long wait
