Expresso Rubbed Steak 5/16/2011

I was a little wary about this dish. I'm not a coffee drinker. But I have to say the Expresso Rubbed Steak was a pleasant surprise. There was only a very slight hint of expresso but the flavor it gave to the steak was quite exquisite. I would definitely recommend trying it if the dish is on the menu. I know they change the menu monthly so it may not ever come back. I hope it does. more

Nice place for dessert 5/4/2011

My husband and I went to Yes Cinema and after our show was over we decided to go to Bistro 310 for dessert. I ordered a yummy piece of blueberry cheesecake. If you are looking for a nice place for dessert and a nightcap you should try Bistro 310. more

Easter Brunch 4/25/2011

I really enjoyed the Easter brunch yesterday. The sweet treats were exceptionally tasty. The biscuits I had were fresh and warm. Dainty (if a biscuit can be dainty) and delicious, the maple and bacon really made them stand out. Our servers was very attentive to our needs. My husband and I along with a few other couples had to wait for lamb to be cooked which took quite a while. The other couples were very light hearted as we kidded each other on auctioning off lamb and fighting to get in line when it was ready. Our server kept a diligent eye out for us and informed us when the lamb was ready. The lamb was very good and one of the best bloody mary's I've ever drank washed it all down. more

Great lunch selection 4/19/2011

I had mine with chicken because I needed some protein for my workout later on in that day. The naan flatbread was nice and soft with a little crisp around the edges. I was pleasantly surprised by the zing because of the combination of spicy Sriracha-curry yogurt and the roasted red pepper. The hummus was fresh. The vegetables were cooked nice and tender. more

The Best Artichoke Dip 4/13/2011

I'm pretty picky about artichoke dip. Most of the time it's too lumpy and the artichoke flavor is too overpowering. Bistro 310's artichoke dip is the best I've had in a restaurant. The texture was smooth. The balance of spices and artichoke was on point. The toast was crispy but not too crispy. The bonus was having the dip served in a real artichoke half. Was able to get some extra goodies like tender artichoke leaves and the artichoke heart. more

A real St. Patty's Day Ruben 3/21/2011

My tastebuds were happy that I went to Bistro 310 for lunch on St. Patrick's Day last week. They have the best reuben sandwich that I've ever had. The reason why it was so good was the fact that braised red cabbage was used in place of the usual sauerkraut. The white cheddar and gruyere cheeses gave it an additional twist which I also liked. Luckily this wonderful sandwich is available everyday and not just St. Patrick's Day. more

The Best Steak and Eggs 2/21/2011

I had the opportunity to experience Sunday brunch at Bistro 310. What a great spread of food they had laid out. As good as it all looked I decided not to make a pig of myself and order off of the menu. I was not disappointed when I ordered the Steak and Eggs. The eggs where light a fluffy, the steak was cooked just right, and the vegetables were a nice change from the starchy potatoes that you get at most restaurants. more

Bistro 310's Ultimate Grilled Cheese 2/7/2011

Man talk about oooey gooey, melty, cheesy goodness between two pieces of bread! Fresh goat cheese, French Brie, white cheddar, bacon, tomato, local watercress, and Dijon...easily the best grilled cheese sandwich I've ever had. more

Baked Brie is for me 2/2/2011

I've had baked brie before but not like I had it here at Bistro 310. The apple chutney is what set it off. The mix of the brie and the chutney sent the appetizer to another level. more

Chimay 1/26/2011

I used to have one of these almost every night when in France. They were much cheaper there!! I got one at Bistro 310. They are worth every penny. Delicious! more

Stout Burger! 1/25/2011

Are you kidding me? This is one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. A full pound of beefy goodness. Add Bistro fries into the mix and a nice cold Bruce and you have a winner dinner. For real. more

Monday Special 1/21/2011

Best In Town 1/14/2011

Staying in town on a business trip I went to my trusty Android phone to find a suitable place to dine. I decided to try Bistro 310. I must say I was very impressed with the quality of the food and selection of wines. I selected the Lamb Shank and a Cabernet. The lamb practically fell off the bone and was seasoned well. Pleasurable to my palette. The Cabernet was a nice compliment. I would definitely recommend Bistro 310 to any of my acquaintances. more

All about the trout! 1/11/2011

I ate here last week and had the rainbow trout. It was fantastic! The trout came with slaw. I'm not a big fan of slaw but the server advised me to try it. Well it was the best I'd ever eaten. I would highly recommend coming in and trying this sustainable seafood dish. more
