My tastebuds were happy that I went to Bistro 310 for lunch on St. Patrick's Day last week. They have the best reuben sandwich that I've ever had. The reason why it was so good was the fact that braised red cabbage was used in place of the usual sauerkraut. The white cheddar and gruyere cheeses gave it an additional twist which I also liked. Luckily this wonderful sandwich is available everyday and not just St. Patrick's Day.
