Staying in town on a business trip I went to my trusty Android phone to find a suitable place to dine. I decided to try Bistro 310. I must say I was very impressed with the quality of the food and selection of wines. I selected the Lamb Shank and a Cabernet. The lamb practically fell off the bone and was seasoned well. Pleasurable to my palette. The Cabernet was a nice compliment. I would definitely recommend Bistro 310 to any of my acquaintances.
