This ""company"" is AWFUL. Not at all surprised they have a 38% approval rating. Our purchase was weeks late, calls were not answered, e-mails were not responded to. We thought we'd been scammed (the item DID finally show up). Please do yourself, and all other consumers, a favor and do not order anything from them. They (she?) handle business as I imagine a 15 year old would. Your item ships 2 weeks late? Well, it's your fault. Before ordering, please do yourself a favor and look at their responses on Facebook to customer complaints. If you're not one of them, it's comical. Not only is everything the customers fault, but they are quick to look through your Facebook page and point out any misspellings (iPhone auto-corrects) you may have made on any posts. Not Facebook posts to the company....ANY personal posts you have made. In a response to your complaint. They'd prefer to ""get even"" with a demeaning response rather than address their issues with any type of etiquette. I would not recommend! Horrible customer service in fact none! I ordered a pair of shoes a month ago and was billed but never received the order! I have called several times with no answer and no return calls! I would suggest staying away from this website as you will loose your money! more

I would NOT reccomend Bippity Boppity Baby to anyone! They promise to ship same day. They shipped my order 2 days after I ordered. They would not email me back. I called, the lady said she'd email me the info I wanted ""in a few minutes"". The next day I had to call AGAIN! Poor customer service. Never giving them my buisness again. more

Over priced if you ask me. I much rather just go to baby gap or childrens place. Better quality and doesn't rob you blind more

I searched online for a snail Zoobie only to find most places out of stock or having atrocious shipping fees to Canada. BBB had this Zoobie and promptly emailed me with the shipping fee and let me know that my order could be canceled if I thought it was too much. Another time, I also let them know when they had some website issues while trying to load my cart. Again, the response was prompt and I was thanked for letting her know about the problem which was fixed the next day. Would definitely love to visit this store in person some day. I've ordered from bippity what I thought would be a nice pair of shoes for my baby. Upon receipt I found the sole of the ""shoe"" was nothing but a piece of cloth - completely unsuitable for outdoor wear. Bippity boppity informed me that these shoes are for indoor use only -which of course wasn't stated in the description of the ""shoe"". This store is a great boutique with a huge variety of unique gifts, clothing, toys, baptism gowns, as well as breast feeding supplies, etc. It is a family owned store with amazing customer service. I have been here a lot of times since my daughter was born. The first time I was given a personal lesson on my breast pump, which I could not get at the big box baby store. Everytime I have gone in I have gotten special attention, when I needed it. I was able to find the most beautiful baptism gown for my daughter. The owner helped me with all the accessories, right down to the bracelet and she looked GREAT! The gifts I have bought have been the highlight of the baby showers, getting all the attention! I tell everyone about this store because it is very hard to get any customer service in the big box stores and at this store they always go above and beyond to make sure you find everything you need. The people at Bippity Boppity Baby have HORRIBLE customer service. Be warned and DO NOT order online from them!!! I ordered an item that had free shipping and needed to return the item as it did not fit. Not only did I have to pay out of pocket for shipping of the return (which is understandable), they withheld $4 of the original price when issuing the refund to cover the ""free shipping"" stating that if I don't keep the item, the ""free shipping"" no longer applies. In addition, the email exchanges explaining this ridiculous policy (which is nowhere stated on their site) were harsh and highly unprofessional. I would NEVER do business with them again and recommend you find somewhere else for your baby needs. more
