The people at Bippity Boppity Baby have HORRIBLE customer service. Be warned and DO NOT order online from them!!! I ordered an item that had free shipping and needed to return the item as it did not fit. Not only did I have to pay out of pocket for shipping of the return (which is understandable), they withheld $4 of the original price when issuing the refund to cover the ""free shipping"" stating that if I don't keep the item, the ""free shipping"" no longer applies. In addition, the email exchanges explaining this ridiculous policy (which is nowhere stated on their site) were harsh and highly unprofessional. I would NEVER do business with them again and recommend you find somewhere else for your baby needs.
