This "company" is AWFUL. Do not even deserve 1 star. Our purchase was weeks late, calls were not answered, e-mails were not responded to. We thought we'd been scammed (the item DID finally show up). Please do yourself, and all other consumers, a favor and do not order anything from them. They (she?) handle business as I imagine a 15 year old would. Your item ships 2 weeks late? Well, it's your fault. Before ordering, please do yourself a favor and look at their responses on Facebook to customer complaints. If you're not one of them, it's comical. Not only is everything the customers fault, but they are quick to look through your Facebook page and point out any misspellings (iPhone auto-corrects) you may have made on any posts. Not Facebook posts to the company....ANY personal posts you have made. In a response to your complaint. They'd prefer to "get even" with a demeaning response rather than address their issues with any type of etiquette. Like I said; they handle business with the mindset of a teenager...but in a slightly creepier manner. Do not encourage this with your purchase. Thanks. Brad Wheeler Fort Worth, TX more
