After my car was rear-ended I took it to Bill Pearce Collision Center to get the bumper changed. What stood out the most to me was their excellent communication. Michael Goodman told me everything they would be doing on the car. At one point they discovered that they would be needing a part that was not visible when I took it in. They let me know that the special part would have to be ordered. I appreciated the good communication, I knew what was going on at all times. They did a great job with the car and the customer service was awesome. more

I had a fairly new truck that I brought to Bill Pearce Collision Center. I was turning around at a gas station and tore up the side of the truck on a concrete pole. From the beginning when I took it down for the appraisal they were very friendly, attentive, and efficient. It only took about 10 minute for the appraisal and they were able to tell me how long the work would take. They had my car for about a week and called twice during that time to update me. When I went to pick it up I noticed the running board looked kind of bent still. They took the truck back in right away and resolved the issue. The manager even came out to make sure that I was happy with everything. They fully detailed the truck. My mouth just dropped when I saw my truck. It was so clean and I brought it to them quite dirty. That made my experieicen with Bill Pearce that much more enjoyable. I have told everybody that I can how well I was treated by them. It was just an outstanding experience from start to finish. They treated me unbelievably well. They even made follow up calls to make sure that I was satisfied. more

I hit a deer and it tore off the front end of the car, damaging the radiator and other parts of the car. Bill Pearce Collision Center got it running again, replaced the parts that needed to be replaced, and painted the car. They did a great job. more

I've had so many bad experiences with Bill Pearce Motors, that I thought I was never going to go back. I bought a Honda in Santa Rosa because I got to a point where I wouldn't do business with them anymore. I had bought a Porsche with them a few years earlier, and I had so many bad experiences and could never get it serviced that I sold the Porsche. Anyway, I thought they were the worst dealership ever. Recently, a situation came up with the paint on my Honda Element. Bill Pearce Collision Center offered the best deal for the repairs, and a friend said that they have a state of the art facility in the area. I thought, well, I guess I'll go ahead and do it. So I made arrangements and rented a car for the day of the scheduled work, and I got a call saying the guy who I was scheduled with had a family emergency and was cancelling my appointment. I was upset, but I said next time they have to pay for the rental, and the guy there said they would be able to give me a loaner. The rescheduled appointment went through as planned, and I got my rental. That time everything went really smoothly. The people in the shop were very nice, and the price was fair. All things considered, they did a good job and were very professional and nice to work with. The four day rental I needed was paid for, which I appreciate. Everyone was really nice, they did a good job, and I got what I wanted, so I would definitely recommend the Collision Center. It's a very well run body shop, and it wouldn't be fair to give them a bad review for that really good isolated experience. more

Top customer service and amazing repairs! 5/9/2012

This was the first time I was in need of a collision center, so I really had no comparison when I went into Bill Pearce Collision Center for the estimate. Everyone I dealt with was efficient and explained what was happening. They gave me 2 days when I could bring the car in, and let me know out of those days which would be best. They made sure that I would have a rental if I needed it, I didn't but I thought that was very nice and professional to offer. On the day I brought my car in, they did let me know that I could take the shuttle home, so it wasn't necessary for my ride to make a trip out to get me, which I thought was good. I was told the repairs would take 2 days. Paul called me to let me know they needed to keep it another day for paint and that he'd call me as soon as it was ready. It was ready on the day he said it would be and he called me to let me know I could come pick it up. It was beautiful. It was not a huge repair, but they did such a great job on the paint. It's a 2003 and I've had it for awhile, but it looked brand new. I couldn't even tell where the repair was. Heather and Kim, in the office, are so nice and explained about not taking it to a car wash for 6 weeks. I wouldn't have known without them. Everyone there did such an excellent job, and the condition my car was returned in was amazing. The people couldn't have been kinder, or friendlier while I was there. They really care about making sure you have transportation when you need it and put their customers first. I hope I don't have to go back there, but if I ever need a collision repair that's where you'll find me! more

Bill Pearce Collision Center were very accommodating when I called, and everything with the process was very smooth. Mike Goodman did the estimate. He's very thorough, and I kept in contact with him because my insurance was not a part of their group, but that's still where I wanted to take my car. The repairs went smoothly. It only took like a week, from the beginning, for everything to go through. I thought their work would take five, but it only took three days. I actually just left, and there was a little problem with the paint on my front bumper, but they're going to fix it and take care of everything. They've got a shuttle service available to take me to my other car, and they were very apologetic and accommodating about what happened, so I felt really good. I just knew they were going to stand behind their product, while other shops might have just asked me why I was being so nitpicky. more

I was referred to them by my insurance company. There was absolutely nothing to be unhappy about. Bill Pearce Collision Center fixed my car and they even washed the car for me. This was the only time that I took a car there. They replaced the door and the bumper and did a great job. It looks brand new. I would definitely take a car back there for repair in the future. more

The Service Representative, Paul, met me at the door to do the estimate for me. He was amazing! He took the time to explain what it was they had to do. He'd say "it's going to take this long, because..." which I really, really appreciated. They also facilitated me getting into a rental car quickly. They constantly stayed in touch and kept me updated with their progress which I thought was very nice. If I called, they'd get back with me within 24 hours. This was a great first experience and I would absolutely use them again! more

I always receive excellent customer service at Bill Pearce Collision Center. Those are great folks to be associated with. I really can't speak highly enough about them. I had some work done last April, and somehow a gasket had not been put on, I kept hearing a noise and didn't know what it was. Finally, I realized what it was and had them order the parts, I also had them order some wiper blades too. I arrived at 9:30am and by 10:15 I had my car back. The only issue I had, was that I wasn't able to finish my second cup of coffee! At least, I could take it to go. Earl Morrison more
