Bill Pearce Collision Center were very accommodating when I called, and everything with the process was very smooth. Mike Goodman did the estimate. He's very thorough, and I kept in contact with him because my insurance was not a part of their group, but that's still where I wanted to take my car.
The repairs went smoothly. It only took like a week, from the beginning, for everything to go through. I thought their work would take five, but it only took three days. I actually just left, and there was a little problem with the paint on my front bumper, but they're going to fix it and take care of everything. They've got a shuttle service available to take me to my other car, and they were very apologetic and accommodating about what happened, so I felt really good. I just knew they were going to stand behind their product, while other shops might have just asked me why I was being so nitpicky.
