The greatest experience I have ever had with an auto company was with Bill Pearce Collision Center. We were leaving to start our vacation when I wrapped the truck around the side of a concrete poll. My insurance company recommended Bill Pearce, and I had no issues with that, so after I got back from vacation I saw them to get an estimate. The same gentleman helped me the whole time, and he was very nice and very professional. He looked at it, gave me a written estimate right there on the spot, and said they would take care of everything. It really was just an outstanding experience. They had the truck in there for about a week, and true to their word they were done with it in a week. They called me twice over that time to keep me updated on the status as well. When I went to pick it up, the running board was still bent. When I pointed it out, they said they wouldn't let me take it home until I was happy with it, so they took it back into the shop. When they brought it back out, the manager came to and told me the same story, that he wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. It blew me away to see someone actually care about it! It was very nice. They also detailed the truck! I brought it in messy, but it was absolutely gorgeous when I picked it up, so I was absolutely thrilled. more

Bill Pearce Collision Center looked at dates with me to bring in my car, and they accommodated me and my schedule. I brought it in on Saturday and I had work on Monday, so it would have been hard to bring it in before then and have them drive me to school, as I am a teacher. They called me to let me know how things were going, when it was going to be ready, and when I could come pick it up. They even stayed a little bit later for me, because I had to return my rental car after school and all that, so they really accommodated me with my time, and that I appreciated. Bill Pearce Collision Center was excellent! They did a very good job. They really could have taken me, as there were some things on the estimate that didn't need to be done. Right up front, they were pleasant, honest, and they did a good job. I was very, very happy! I absolutely recommend them. more
