I had a fairly new truck that I brought to Bill Pearce Collision Center. I was turning around at a gas station and tore up the side of the truck on a concrete pole. From the beginning when I took it down for the appraisal they were very friendly, attentive, and efficient. It only took about 10 minute for the appraisal and they were able to tell me how long the work would take.
They had my car for about a week and called twice during that time to update me. When I went to pick it up I noticed the running board looked kind of bent still. They took the truck back in right away and resolved the issue. The manager even came out to make sure that I was happy with everything.
They fully detailed the truck. My mouth just dropped when I saw my truck. It was so clean and I brought it to them quite dirty. That made my experieicen with Bill Pearce that much more enjoyable. I have told everybody that I can how well I was treated by them. It was just an outstanding experience from start to finish. They treated me unbelievably well. They even made follow up calls to make sure that I was satisfied.
