Worst

They buying process was a tedious at bestand very time consuming. The paperwork was a complete comedy of errors.

Costco dropped them as should you..mumbo jumbo !! 6/20/2008

They were listed with Costco and now are not due to there not following ttheir rules they are no longer used by them.My experience there as a shopper was very discouraging, yes the old time treatment of passing you from one sales person to another but given i was an announced Costco buyer I could never get the papaerwork promised to get the Costco discount. I left so upset i still have not purchased any car. Pros: selection Cons: dishonest about discounts more

Great Service Work 2/19/2008

I took my 1994 Honda Accord in for service 5 years ago, the car was aging but I needed it to last. I paid $700 for a full tune up, including all new belts plugs and many other replacements. I still have my Accord, added anopther 100k miles and have had ZERO problems with it. \r \r They went out of their way to make sure I understood the work that was going to be completed and when I would be able to pick up my car. First class service all the way! more

One of the age old questions that's always asked is how reliable your mechanic is. I've always had difficulty trusting any mechanic, but without question Bill Pearce Honda has earned my trust and my business for life!. These guys are great. The well knowledge service consultants are friendly and always willing to help out and give you very honest feedback as far as what type of work needs to be done. Though they charge dealer prices for work, they also don't charge for many of the ""small"" jobs that other dealerships would. Complimentary shuttle service during the week and the willingness to listen carefully to make sure the find the problem you brought it in for. They are truely willing to make sure the customer is taken care of. They also offer great waiting area with complimentary coffee, donuts and pastrys. My car always comes back in great shape (and if there is a mistake, they are willing to fix). I've enjoyed them so much, I drive down from the Lake Tahoe area (about a 1 hour commute) just to stay with them. Really make the whole car experience not just tolerable but enjoyable...\r \r I noticed one customer bashed their sales staff which completely supprised me. It was almost 1 year ago, I purchased from them but the same sales guys are there and they are always ready to give me a friendly handshake and if they see me waiting generally offer me a ride somewhere (now that's service). I noticed you said they asked for a calculator and said they refused to give him one? Hmmm, kinda tells me about what type of person you must be, besides if you didn't know, there's a calculator built in to your cell phone buddy.\r Pros: Fair pricing and Knowledgeable techs more

They weren't kidding when they say you guys are the best dealership in Reno! Excellent, Fast service. No Gripes, No Pain. Carson City Honda Used to take 2-4 days with my cars and I would never get follow up calls to let me know what was up. Bill Pearece Honda, called me with constant updates and got my car back within a day or so. They went out of their way to help me absolve issues with the warranties I had purchased or had thought I purchased from Carson Honda. Keep up the GREAT work! Bill Pearce is unethical, unprofessional and will do everything in their power to lie to you and rip you off. Their sales practices are right out of the old school car sales book. These guys are a complete shame and will do what ever it takes to try and rob you. \r \r For example, everyone we talked to could not explained any numbers, all they did was pass us onto another sales person/manager. Then the next individual came off friendly and then did what he could to try and confuse us again with different numbers. When I asked for a calculator, I was told ""we don't have any calculators"", which was complete BS. \r \r Personally and professionally I could not believe a thriving business encourages their employees to blatantly lie to customers just to try and make a deal. \r \r PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS AS THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT!!! Pros: No pros at all! Cons: The entire shopping experience from the moment you walk in the door or pick up the phone is non-transparent and unethical. more
