Worst

They buying process was a tedious at bestand very time consuming. The paperwork was a complete comedy of errors.

I love my new car. 11/18/2011

I didn't know what I wanted. I just wanted a new car. Arlene and Gregory were wonderful. They explained all the safety features and how everything in the car worked. Reggie was a great help when it was time to sign the papers and helped a lot on desiding what extra feachers I would need and want. more

Love my 2012 Pilot!! 10/5/2011

I want to thank Arlene Stout for being a great salesperson!! She knows her product, didn't push me, and was extremely helpful in getting my cell numbers into the Bluetooth and showing me the Nav. System. I love my Pilot!!! I'm anxious to drive it down to AZ on Saturday. more

I came to Bill Pearce unsure that I was going to buy a Honda and not looking for a new vehicle. They treated me like I was such an important customer, answering all of my questions and working through all of my concerns that I felt comfortable looking at different vehicle options and ended up purchasing a new car that I love. They worked with me to meet my pricing needs and after I purchased the vehicle, they contacted me to make sure everything with my vehicle was going well. I would happily purchase another vehicle from Bill Pearce and recommend them highly. more

Fernando & Dianne were great. Sales & Finance Managers - not so much. I wasn't happy with their condesending manner & their attempts to continually get more of my money. Nothing personal, I'm sure that is what they get paid to do. The whole process should be more honest & above board. more
