They buying process was a tedious at bestand very time consuming. The paperwork was a complete comedy of errors.

Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda sold us a car. We went in and the salesman told us what he could do for us, we told him what we wanted, and then he made it happen. It was simple and easy. It was a really easy place to deal with and a simple experience. I would recommend Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda, especially that salesman, to anybody. more

Good overall view of them, just can't find what's wrong. 7/2/2012

During my last experience with Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda, I was having problems with my car not dropping down into the lowest gear. On my last visit, the service manager and the managing technician, the guys who are supposed to know what's going on, didn't have the problem happen to them while I was there for an hour and a half. I'm still having the same problem. Whenever there's a stop sign or if I'm coming around a corner, I have to jam it into gear, but I guess until they experience it, nothing can be done. They were very courteous. They understood that though the problem hasn't happened with them, it happens with me, so they were courteous and willing to try and help. Until it happens to them and they experience it, I guess I'm going to deal with it getting stuck. more

Not willing to negotiate, what you would expect from a dealership 6/29/2012

I bought a brand new car through Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda. Dealing with car dealerships is strenuous and on an individual basis they didn't make an concessions on the car-their profit line was quite high. So, they were very convincing but they wouldn't even get me an oil change when they asked full price. They told me they were giving me money that was already my money-but you have to expect that going through the process. I would go through Costco rather than a dealership next time-I won't go back there for servicing but it was what you would expect from a dealership. They could do a little better. I feel they didn't do even a little thing. They wouldn't even put mudflaps on my 42,000 dollar rig. As a customer who had considered paying full in cash, it was bizarre how unwilling they were to work with me even a little on the price. more

The salesman and the guy I dealt with at Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda were great-took a lot of time to answer all my questions. I have already recommended a couple of my friends to them! I bought a Honda Accord, they actually had to order me one without leather seats, grey colored, and it came in a week earlier than anticipated. It was real easy, negotiated in good faith and the paperwork went fast. Good for us and for Bill Pearce ! more

Couple things: First, Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda has very open salesmen. Ours went above and beyond to work with my husband, who's work schedule required him to come in early and leave late. Second, they just made it happen for us. I thought we were going to have to come in and spend a long time negotiating, but they gave us what we wanted. It was a good deal, and I'm very happy with the product. more

Good experience 6/19/2012

The sales people were very good. Going to the finance guy took a bit too long, but that might be because of the Patriot Act. Other than that, everything was good. I was supposed to get a 30 day free car wash and they didn't get me the car wash at the day of purchase so it was almost expired by the time I went to pick it up but otherwise it was a good experience. There were very few cars where you can flat tow, so we chose a Honda Fit. We have had the car for a month and are satisfied. more

Actually, I did my purchase online. I told them what I wanted, and they had it right there ready to go when I arrived. I didn't want to spend 3-4 hours doing paperwork, and they got me in and out within 2. The gentleman who helped me was very helpful. He set up my Bluetooth and showed me how everything works. more

We have been servicing our 2003 Honda Pilot here since we purchased it. Often we hear that the dealerships take advantage of the consumer with the costs of their service after sale. This has absolutely NOT been the case fore us! The service department has been outstanding. They have taken great care of our vehicle and we wouldn't think of taking it anywhere else. We are informed about exactly what is needed and what it will cost. We have been comfortable with the skills that the Honda personnel have, knowing that they will do a thorough job and we can trust their work.
