They buying process was a tedious at bestand very time consuming. The paperwork was a complete comedy of errors.

I have purchased several cars in past years, and found that with Reno Dodge (where I bought my cars) that service stopped once the commission was paid. I recently bought a Car from Bill Pearce, and every single thing was wayyy above the call of duty. Daniel Gonzalez was 100 honest about the car, and what would happen. He told us that they would check out a problem that I was concerned with AFTER the commission was paid. Not only did he do what he said, he met me in the service department and instructed them, saving me the hassle. Reggie Rodis was also honest and upfront about every thing...I have never been more impressed with the service that I received!! Thanks Guys, I will be back next time! more

Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda is like their name states, COURTEOUS!!! Even though I bought my car at a different dealership, their service department has been awesome at taking care of all my needs in a professional and courteous manner. Lousy Dealership 5/18/2011

I have bought several cars from this dealership. Bad cars, bad service, won't fix issues with the cars, because I was advised that they would not make any money. They make fun of their customers behind their back and not realize the customer was standing there, or heard it from other ees who I have not spoken too before. If it is not a oil change expect car not to be fixed even if under warrenty. No one wants to help you and will make you stand and ignore you until you go to their desk. They say you have to prove it or they do not make any money off of you per dealership. They consider you to be a liar and embarrass you even through the car has issues, wont fix unless you tow it in or until they make money. When you buy the car they always tell you to make sure that you give them all 5s no matter what is happening. Once sales sells you the car you are screwed even though they state they will assist you if you ever have any issues. Honda cars do not hold up and the dealership does not care even through they sell you the car more

Bought a new FIt Sport model. Fun car to drive and very thrifty. Dnniel was a great salesman - and I am picky, plus the Finance Department didn't rest until they got me a GREAT interest rate. Follow up after the sale has been there, but not invasive, which is the way it needs to be. They even offer a new car buyer get together to insure the client is very happy. Even gave away great car care packages and raffle prises. PLUS... Your first oil change/service is FREE! How can you beat it? My husband wants to buy a Honda for himself now. Everybody was very nice, and they all went out of their way to help us in any way they could. We are very, very happy with our experience. Other than having to wait a week for our car to be "found" and arrive, we were very satisfied with the service. Dianne suggested the SE model of the CRV, which we didn't know much about. We love it. I bought my new car from Ruben and Tom, and the experience was great. I have bought from them in the past and every time the experience is fantastic. I like that they have always treated me with respect, and are not pushy which I have not found from another dealership. They have become more like family now. I will recommend those two to family and friends, and I will continue to buy from Honda if they keep salesman like that more

This last time purchasing a vehicle I used Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda. We don't live in town, we are an hour and half away, and they are the closest Honda. We called them first, and they did a lot of the leg work over the phone and long distance. That was very convenient, because we have 3 small children, and it is not fun to sit in the dealership all day. It was very convenient and a wonderful experience. They had everything lined up and ready to go for when we were able to come to town. They are also really good at following up. It seems that they are real. They try to understand your budget and situation and line you up with the best scenario possible with the vehicle you like. This is my third purchase with Honda, and all my experiences with Honda dealers have been great. I did go back in their for service because I heard a knocking noise. They asked me to bring it in, but they couldn't find anything. However, they were very good at reassuring me that if I hear it again I shouldn't hesitate to call and bring it in. more

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! 5/8/2009

I purchased my car August 2007, a month after I bought it the car would periodically not start. I called Courtesy Honda and they told me that since it was not happening consistantly that I would have to bring it in when I could show them the problem. Once I could demonstrate the problem for them (3 months later, because it got worse) they mis-diagnosed the problem, Thank goodness that I checked online blogs about saturns! We advised that they fix another part in the car and that problem was then fixed.\r several weeks after that my power steering went out randomly while I was driving. Thankfully I could feel the difference so there was no accident, but it took another several months before I could prove to them that the power steering had gone out.\r Now! not 2 weeks after getting that fixed I try to get out of my car and the key is stuck! The car will not turn off! I frantically took it to another mechanic to see if we could get the car turned off and we had to pull the ignition switch to do so. I took it to the dealership who's auto department was already closed and I had deal with a very rude sales man who finally agreed to lock my car in their shop until the next morning.\r They have fixed all but one of the problems to date, but I had to pay them to do it, and thankfully so far all of the problems have been covered under the warranty that I PAID EXTRA FOR! AND I STILL HAVE TO PAY THEM $160 TO FIX IT EVERY TIME!!!!!\r Unless you are coming to them with money, the sales people want nothing to do with you. They sold me a car that in 1 year has had 3 major problems! Whats next? The brakes go out? A wheel falls off while I'm going 65 down the highway?! RIDICULOUS! This place should be shut down, and not be allowed to sell anymore lemon cars.\r Purchase at your own risk from this place! Pros: I paid for the warranty so they fixed the problems Cons: The car is a LEMON!!!! more

Horrible Service 8/26/2008

I took my car into this dealership and their service was atrocious. I had to call 3 times and no one ever returned my call. I called a week ahead of time and scheduled the appointment and told them what was wrong with my vehicle. I knew what was wrong, because it has happened once before. I did that in hopes that the part would be ordered and could avoid waiting on a part. Instead I am with out a car for a day and a half and to make matters worse I am 38 1/2 weeks pregnant. The service here is seriously bad. Avoid it at all costs, go somewhere else Pros: Randy in sales was nice Cons: Phone calls not returned, long to fix car more
