I bought a brand new car through Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda. Dealing with car dealerships is strenuous and on an individual basis they didn't make an concessions on the car-their profit line was quite high. So, they were very convincing but they wouldn't even get me an oil change when they asked full price. They told me they were giving me money that was already my money-but you have to expect that going through the process. I would go through Costco rather than a dealership next time-I won't go back there for servicing but it was what you would expect from a dealership. They could do a little better. I feel they didn't do even a little thing. They wouldn't even put mudflaps on my 42,000 dollar rig. As a customer who had considered paying full in cash, it was bizarre how unwilling they were to work with me even a little on the price. more
