They buying process was a tedious at bestand very time consuming. The paperwork was a complete comedy of errors.

Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda knew we wanted a Civic and knew what our budget was. They made it happen. We didn't go in and bicker or anything. It was really easy, and we just walked away happy. Too many times you go into a place and start bickering. Here, they came out and said, "Look, we know your situation". That makes it so easy. more

Failed to fix my civic 8/30/2013

I went here to get my ancient honda civic checked up, to make sure everything was in good working order. The car has never had any major issues, and I've always kept it well maintained. They recommended a lot of work, and I said sure. When I got the car back, the air conditioning had stopped working. It had worked great up until they kept the car. So I sent it back to them, they claimed all the freon had leaked out. Now what's more likely, that it was running on the last drop of freon and I never noticed, or that they punctured the AC while doing other work? But whatever. I got them to put in an adapter so the AC would work again. They did so, over the course of about a week. Within a week of bringing the car home, the AC was broken again. Took the car back. They claimed it was an unrelated problem, so I paid again for them to fix the AC. And now, 2 weeks later the AC is definitely broken again. In the whole time I've probably driven the car less than 10 times. more

I love my car, but I don't love their service. 8/6/2013

I had issues with the service department at Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda. Certain parts of the place and the process were professional. My problem was pretty much that the service department area didn't really want to help me too much. I had to go in about four different times to get my alignment fixed. When I told them the first time that I needed it done and that the car was pulling, they kept telling me it wasn't. I came back in three different times and then finally saw a different lady instead of the same guy. She got it aligned, but when I was going to same guy he wasn't fixing it. Just be careful. Because I love my car and I would definitely get another Honda, I just don't know if I would necessarily get one from Bill Pearce Courtesy. It started out good when I was in the process of getting the car, but once I got the car I started seeing that they didn't really care anymore. more

I was referred to Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda by a family member who knew Arlene. We set up an appointment to meet with her. She had Dudley meet me and my husband and he showed us all the new and used vehicles, took us on about three test drives, and spent whole day with us, really, answering all of our questions. At the end of the day we were ready to go. The finance guy was great. Arlene also spent some time with us at the end showing us how to hook up Bluetooth and everything. It was a long day and they stayed positive and attentive throughout the whole thing. We were never waiting around or made to feel like we were in the way or anything. more

Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda had a good selection of cars. My wife and I bought two almost identical cars almost a month apart. They had what we wanted, it was fairly priced, and an overall quick service. There haven't been any problems whatsoever. These are the first Hondas we've purchased, but we would use them again. The price is right, the choices are all there, and they gave us all the benefits they possibly could. more
