I had issues with the service department at Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda. Certain parts of the place and the process were professional. My problem was pretty much that the service department area didn't really want to help me too much. I had to go in about four different times to get my alignment fixed. When I told them the first time that I needed it done and that the car was pulling, they kept telling me it wasn't. I came back in three different times and then finally saw a different lady instead of the same guy. She got it aligned, but when I was going to same guy he wasn't fixing it. Just be careful. Because I love my car and I would definitely get another Honda, I just don't know if I would necessarily get one from Bill Pearce Courtesy. It started out good when I was in the process of getting the car, but once I got the car I started seeing that they didn't really care anymore. more
