Review content:
I was referred to Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda by a family member who knew Arlene. We set up an appointment to meet with her. She had Dudley meet me and my husband and he showed us all the new and used vehicles, took us on about three test drives, and spent whole day with us, really, answering all of our questions. At the end of the day we were ready to go. The finance guy was great. Arlene also spent some time with us at the end showing us how to hook up Bluetooth and everything. It was a long day and they stayed positive and attentive throughout the whole thing. We were never waiting around or made to feel like we were in the way or anything.
