During my last experience with Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda, I was having problems with my car not dropping down into the lowest gear. On my last visit, the service manager and the managing technician, the guys who are supposed to know what's going on, didn't have the problem happen to them while I was there for an hour and a half.
I'm still having the same problem. Whenever there's a stop sign or if I'm coming around a corner, I have to jam it into gear, but I guess until they experience it, nothing can be done.
They were very courteous. They understood that though the problem hasn't happened with them, it happens with me, so they were courteous and willing to try and help. Until it happens to them and they experience it, I guess I'm going to deal with it getting stuck.
