Worst

They buying process was a tedious at bestand very time consuming. The paperwork was a complete comedy of errors.

They were good. It's been a while since I bought the car, but there were basically two different guys who worked with us over a three day period. They answered all our questions. Whatever we needed, they got right on it. They didn't try to big deal us into anything else or steer us away from what we were looking at. I'm happy with them. more

I never have an issue with anything from Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda. They always take care of everything when I go there. They take care of the service on my older Honda, and all of it's oil changes, and we just purchased a new one a couple months ago. more

What I was happiest about with Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda was that they were very straight-forward. They guaranteed us a certain type of quote for financing and were able to achieve that, which I thought was very good. They were able to give us a very competitive interest rate as well. They guaranteed a lot of things to us when we walked in and were able to make it work. more

Above and beyond my expectations. 9/11/2012

I purchased my second Pilot with Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda. That Pilot ended up having a problem. When it was brought to their attention, they immediately took care of it and got me a brand new car that was exactly the same as what I had wanted before. They made the experience easy for me. I went in to Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda and they showed me the cars I wanted to see. I took a test drive of the car I liked and ended up taking home the Honda Accord. They were all very helpful. I didn't know how to use the hands-free phone set in the car and they even showed me how to use that. more

A really pleasurable experience. I was surprised and delighted. 8/28/2012

Traditionally, I haven't had a good feeling about this dealership or its owners, but contrary to my preconceived notions, the salesman was exceptional. He let us take the car home for a day to try it out and made every effort to meet all of our needs. Quite pleasantly, they followed up with us by inviting us, with other new Honda owners, to a customer appreciation event. They educated us about the different sales departments and we won a lot of different prizes like oil changes. But really, we had an exceptional salesman. He was easy to get along with, gave us the deal we wanted, and everything worked out very well. My wife is ecstatic with her Honda. more

Bought a used Certified Honda Civic Hybrid with GPS in May 2012 7/18/2012

On June 15 I started having a problem with my Navi GPS - the DVD would go into a "read error - please contact your dealer" message. I took it into the dealer and showed the message to the service technician and setup an appointment to have it fixed. As of July 18th - I am still Waiting! more
