I had been searching for a later model 350Z(preferrably in black) and came across Boyd County Ford's listing for exactly what I wanted! I live about 4 1/2 hours away(Indianapolis Indiana) and let me tell you, I wouldn't hesitate to make the drive again, so worth it! The staff was extremely nice and I have the car of my dreams at a price I couldn't have imagined -- and the best part? It only has 10k miles on it :) This place is amazing. Would HIGHLY recommend purchasing from Boyd County Ford. more

Boyd County Ford 7/6/2011

Live in Memphis TN and made the trip to BCF this past weekend to look for a F250. My bride had been after me to go there for years because they are family and she had always trade there. Well it took me 18 wonder years of marriage to get there but I'll be trading there from now on. Everyone was so friendly and of course Ken and JoAnn are both sweethearts. Love the truck with all the new tech stuff. Got 19.5 mpg on the trip home. Love it. Thanks to all that were involved. more

Good Experience 5/22/2011

We live in Chas, WV and were looking for a specific F-150 Ecoboost. Bert Wolfe was the cloest dealership and was a friggin' nightmare. Boyd Co had the truck we wanted. We worked with Diamond via email to get some starting numbers and made the drive to BCF on a Friday evening. By the time we were done, we had our new truck, BCF had made some money, and everyone came out of the sale pleased. We would recommend working with BCF! more

Great Experience 2/17/2011

I wanted a new 2011 Ford Edge, but not just any Edge. It had to be pearl white and fully loaded. Boyd County Ford didn't have it, but searched until one was found and I got it within 2 days. Randy Burton, my sales rep made sure I was familiar with all the options before I drove off the lot. Diamond Lewis assisted as well. The excellent treatment I received from everyone there makes me eager to refer the dealership to all my friends who are ready to get a new or used vehicle. more

Diamond Lewis would always answer all emails in a timely manner with all information I requested. Tommy Dearfield was my sales person, no pressure to buy a vehicle, no hype, just willing to help anyway he could. These two people greatly influenced my decision to buy from BCF not to mention the fact that I could not even come close in pricing with other dealers for the type car I wanted. To sum it up....Pleasant and down to earth people to deal with, all the staff we dealt with were friendly and courteous, great pricing (no extravagance for the buyer to support) and a brand that has proven that it can stand on it own.\r Thanks more

Roger and I were very impressed with Boyd County Ford. We had made an appointment by phone to look at F150 4x4 trucks. However, when we arrived, the sales person we were to meet was with another customer. We thought that we might have to wait awhile to drive the truck, which we wanted, but the owner was good enough to get it for us. The owner took his time to work with us. How many owners do this? When it came time to talk with our sales person, he was very open and honest. We felt quite comfortable and decided to purchase a 4x4 Ford F150-Platinum. There was no hassling over figures or trade-ins, and we were very pleased with the deal, which was made. Our overall experience was excellent. We felt that the owner, sales person, and others who worked with us were very helpful, considerate, and sincere . We were very impressed with Boyd County Ford, and love our Platinum.
