Susan May BOYD COUNTY FORD REALLY RIPPED ME UP THE BACK!!! WE BOUGHT A FORD F 150 EXTENDED CAB 4X4 WITH AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. WELL WHEN IT CAME TIME TO USE THIS WARRANTY BOYD COUNTY FORD TELLS ME THEY CAN NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH MY TRUCK,EVEN THOUGH IT H...AD STALLED ON ME IN THE DRIVE THRU AT MCDONALDS.(SITTING STILL) KEN BLANTON DID LOAN ME A RENTAL CAR FREE OF CHARGE, BUT SAID I WAS EMBARRASSING HIM BECAUSE HE HAD WON THE BEST DEALERSHIP 5 YEARS IN A ROLL AND I WAS MAKING IT LOOK BAD ON THEM LIKE THEY DIDNT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB. THE TECHS WOULD TELL ME THEY WILL CALL WITH AN UPDATE, HOWEVER IT TOOK ME CALLING THEM, THEN IT LOOKED LIKE I WAS AT FAULT. KB CLAIMS HE HAS THE BEST TECHS AROUND HOWEVER THEY "NEVER" DID FIX MY PROBLEM. THEY USED ME CALLING FOR UPDATES AS AN EXCUSE NOT TO TRY TO FIX IT.....KEN BLANTON TOLD ME IT WAS COSTING HIM MONEY....YEAH BECAUSE WE HAVE A WARRANTY AND HE WASNT MAKING ANY MONEY ON ME SO HE WANTED MY TRUCK OUT OF THERE SO HE COULD GET A PAYING CUSTOMER IN THERE. HIS COMMERCIALS ARE "LIES" HE "WILL NOT" MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS NOR WILL HIS TECHS. MY HUSBAND HAS STAGE 4 KIDNEY CANCER, WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO GET HIM TO THE HOSPITAL AND MY TRUCK STALLS? I CAN TELL YOU WHAT WILL HAPPEN, KEN BLANTON WILL HAVE THAT ON CONSCIENCE, IF INDEED HE EVEN HAS ONE , AS CROOCKED AS HE IS. AND HIS TECH SUPERVISOR TALKED TO MY ILL HUSBAND LIKE HE WAS 10 YEARS OLD HE IS 48!!! AND YES I SET HER STRAIGHT IN AHURRY!!BELIEVE THAT! KEN BLANTON TOLD MY HUSBAND THE TRUCK WAS READY, BUT I HAVE HIS TECH SUPERVISOR ON MY CELL VOICE MAIL SAYING THAT THE TECH CAN NOT DIAGNOSE NOR CAN HE FIX THE PROBLEM. SHE SAID THE TECH WAS GOING ON VACATION AND COULD NOT FIX MY TRUCK THAT I WAS MORE THAN WELCOME TO TAKE IT TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP! NOW DOES IT SOUND LIKE HE WILL EXCEED YOUR EXPECATIONS? THE COMMERCIALS ARE LIES JUST LIKE KEN BLANTON HIMSELF.....HE IS A FRAUD IN MY OPINION !!!
