Roger and I were very impressed with Boyd County Ford. We had made an appointment by phone to look at F150 4x4 trucks. However, when we arrived, the sales person we were to meet was with another customer. We thought that we might have to wait awhile to drive the truck, which we wanted, but the owner was good enough to get it for us. The owner took his time to work with us. How many owners do this? When it came time to talk with our sales person, he was very open and honest. We felt quite comfortable and decided to purchase a 4x4 Ford F150-Platinum. There was no hassling over figures or trade-ins, and we were very pleased with the deal, which was made. Our overall experience was excellent. We felt that the owner, sales person, and others who worked with us were very helpful, considerate, and sincere . We were very impressed with Boyd County Ford, and love our Platinum. We would highly recommend this dealership to other customers.\r
