I wanted a new 2011 Ford Edge, but not just any Edge. It had to be pearl white and fully loaded. Boyd County Ford didn't have it, but searched until one was found and I got it within 2 days. Randy Burton, my sales rep made sure I was familiar with all the options before I drove off the lot. Diamond Lewis assisted as well. The excellent treatment I received from everyone there makes me eager to refer the dealership to all my friends who are ready to get a new or used vehicle.
