It said I was Guaranteed to win a car or take the money or with a four wheeler or take the money . When I got there they gave me a scratch off ticket which of course didn't win . Then they gave me three scratchers which of course didn't win . Isn't this type of thing called bait and switch . These car companies offer this kind of thing all the time . this company has to be the wost place to get cell phone service. i recently got a bill that was over 1000 dollars due to the fact the not so nice people at this store charged me for a line that was sitting on a dummy line for over a month and it had been useing data . it was suppossed to be disconnected last month after i decided not to get a phone through them but it wasnt and now i have to pay for thier mistake more

Hitchcock's RV Services & Sales aka Hitchcock RV Mobile Service Buyer beware! There is an RV service company in Albuquerque, NM that all RV owners should avoid. It?s Hitchcock?s RV Services & Sales, located at 8200 Broadway Blvd. S.E.This is a real-life horror story that took place over months and left me feeling pecked to pieces in a real-life nightmare. My recent experience with Hitchcock?s RV Services & Sales now ranks as my worst experience with a service company. I needed two basic repairs: one was for the tongue jack; the other was for the oven part of my stove. Both are part of my 2009 MaxLite trailer. Temporarily staying at Balloon Fiesta Park in Albuquerque, I called Hitchcock, thinking it would be less expensive to get those items repaired by him rather than going to an RV dealership. By the time I was done with Hitchcock, an interminable four months later, I was egregiously overcharged, spending almost double ($1,950) what it would have cost if I had taken my trailer to a reputable RV dealership and had new parts installed in a day or two. This Hitchcock movie-like lurid anecdote where I felt pecked at all began in November of 2011, when I first called Hitchcock RV Services and Sales to come out to Balloon Fiesta Park, where I was staying for two months, up from Quemado, NM. Hitchcock, who was reportedly on vacation at the time, did not come out himself. Instead, a young, inexperienced representative of the company arrived. He took my trailer?s tongue jack apart, cut pieces out of it, and then couldn?t get it back together again and working. The same tech took my stove/oven apart, put it all back together and proclaimed that the oven was working. The oven WASN?T fixed. At the end of this first highly unsuccessful visit that resolved nothing, I was charged just over $200. That included a $75 service charge and $65 labor per hour (almost two hours worth). I had NO customer satisfaction. Two more visits by incompetent technicians occurred. On one of those visits my stovetop was set on fire by the technicians. On the fifth visit, Hitchcock, the owner of Hitchcock?s RV Services & Sales, installed a new tongue jack. As far as the oven was concerned, he said he needed to order a part and then my oven would work. Meanwhile, he presented me with a bill for one tongue jack, $350, plus $600 in labor! That?s a total of $950. So on the sixth visit, Hitchcock returned, but instead of arriving with a new part for my oven, he came out with a 1998 stove/oven to replace the original 2008 stove/oven I had in my trailer. This 1998 stove/oven had no parts inside: no burner, no thermal coupler, no gas line going to the oven. Two more visits occurred. It was the second week of January, 2012, I was back in Quemado, NM, when I called Hitchcock?s RV Services & Sales and asked calmly, ?When are you going to get the parts for the stove/oven? A month, six months, a year?? This is when Hitchcock went psycho. ?I don?t need to talk to a smart mouth!? he shouted back at me. ?Never call my number again.? He then hung up on me. Finally in February, 2012, Hitchcock visited me in Quemado (ninth visit) one last time with a 2011 stove/oven that he replaced the 1998 stove/oven with because his supplier couldn't find parts for it. He charged me $800 for this new stove/oven, which finally had an oven that worked. (I could have bought a new Atwood stove/oven for $400-$500). He said he wouldn?t charge for a ?house call,? but it was obvious he overcharged me for the 2011 stove/oven, and it had no warranty card. My advice: Stay away from Hitchcock?s RV Services & Sales. He has proven to me that he?s not a reputable RV service company. more

I would not recommend this store to anybody just because of the owner. She is a habitual liar and pays people with bad checks that are returned for Non-Sufficient Funds. I took a jogging stroller in to her and she said she would give $40 for it and I said OK, well, I was going out of town and she didn't have the cash on her that day and I said she could mail it to me. Well, bad on me for trusting her because two months later I still didn't have it in the mail, so I had to get my mom involved since I do not live in New Mexico anymore. She gave my mom a check, my mom called the bank to check to see if funds were there, they weren't, my mom called the lady to which she yelled at my mom saying she deposited money, but I just received it back in the mail from my bank saying NSF with an added $5 fee for it not being good. So, instead of just $40 she how owes $45. Like I said she is a habitual liar after several different lies being told to us, one of them her telling me she had given the envelope to the mail lady and it should be to you, meaning me, in two days and NOTHING. So, she is a poor business person and I will never go to her store again or recommend her to anybody. If I didn't have to put a rating on here I wouldn't because she doesn't deserve any type of star if you ask me. more

I went in to get bunk beds for my 3 granddaughters in the middle of February, i picked out the one i wanted, Robert ordered it and told me it will be 6 weeks and around $95-$100 monthly. I called at the end of March, Rob said they aren't in yet, so i called the 2nd week of April, then when i called in May, he said since it has taken this long he will only charge me $60 a month, i asked him is that for everything, he said yes. The mattresses finally arrived, but he now wants to charge me $60 for the bunk beds, 10.99 processing fee, 8.99 for each mattress and 30 dollars for the gas. almost 20 -30 dollars more than what he had said in the beginning. These people shouldn't have or be in a business. I am going to give my granddaughters my queen size bed for now, and i will put the couch in my room. This isn't even worth a star. more

Comcast Guilty of False Avertising 7/27/2010

I had an appointmoint for this morning with Comcast; They did NOT call prior to their arrival; two people did show up at 9AM (7-9) window; Work order did not match what I ordered; I would not let these two into my apartment as I was not comfortable with them and did not see ma Comcast truck; When I was called by the Subcontractor regarding these two sloppily dressed characters, my phone ID showed Advanced Cable S. I went online to Comcast in Colo. and I was told that their employees must have the Comcast Uniform and truck. I cancelled the telephone, additional TV, and the computer hookups. I called Quest and went through the lengthy process of having my same number re-retrieved from the impending service with Comcast! Beware of any service with this company! I was NOT treated per their ad, covered shoes my eye! Not even in a Comcast uniform, no tool boxes, etc. I felt as though my placed was being checked out for trouble. Comcast tried to get me to reconsider (over my online connection with them in Colo) but they wouldn't meet my schedule, so I said forget a new appointment. Never work with this company. They would say they would say they would come at ten, we would call about 20 times before anyone answered, by that time it was about 2 PM and they would say they were on their way and never show up. This literally ahppened almost every day for the 2 months it took to get them to mostly finish. I want to mention the outstanding service that I received at Show Stoppers on 4101 Menaul NE. I moved into the area in January from Germany after being stationed at Kirtland. I needed a good motorcycle shop for service and a co-worker recommended Show Stoppers. I received excellent service that time and have gotten even better service in follow-up visits. I have found them honest and their hourly rates priced reasonably. They really make you feel like you are part of the family, not just a customer. Our Toyota Camry Se (2002) was towed to American Toyota service station on 6/11/08 after it broke down near Rio Bravo exit on I 25. We got a call from Lawrence Cohen, a service adviser that afternoon telling us that the vehicle's alternator was broken and needed to be replaced along with the alternator belt. The price quoted for parts and labor was $600. We enquired at Pep Boys and were given a total price of $335 for the same service. We decided to go with them and had our vehicle towed the second time that day to Pep Boys on San Mateo. Before we did that, we were told by Lawrence Cohen at American Toyota that we could take the car to Pep Boys after we paid $ 90.84 for diagnostic service they had performed. We made the payment and got the receipt but no diagnostics report(invoice #355483) from them more

What A Ripoff! 4/11/2008

I had a very bad experience with Sandia Computers on Wyoming, more specific, with Stuart the owner. I took my computer in for repair because I heard on the radio that they were rated the ""best in town"". It took 9 days for them to even look at my computer. I called on the ninth day to check the status and they said that it was on the bench and that they ran a diagnostic test to determine the problem. They determined the system was corrupt but wouln't be a problem to fix and it was going to cost $200.00 and it should be ready in three days. I was extremely relieved to know I wasn't going to have to buy another computer. I called back on the third day only to learn that it was now going to cost me $650.00. They claimed that the mother board had blown caps due to possible power surge and that they didn't catch that on the diagnosis. When I questioned them, I did not get a good answer on why they didn't catch it during the diagnosis? I asked speak with the owner, Stuart, to try to get an explanation. In his frustration, he told me he did not like my tone and that I could come and get my computer and take it somewhere else. So I did! I took it to Dr. Dan's and the problem was correctly diagnosed. All that was wrong with it was the RAM. They saved all my data, fixed the RAM and I had it back in 4 days! AMAZING!!! all for only $200.00!!! Shame on you Stuart, for trying to rip us off! I bet you won't be talking about this on your radio show! more
