I had an appointmoint for this morning with Comcast; They did NOT call prior to their arrival; two people did show up at 9AM (7-9) window; Work order did not match what I ordered; I would not let these two into my apartment as I was not comfortable with them and did not see ma Comcast truck; When I was called by the Subcontractor regarding these two sloppily dressed characters, my phone ID showed Advanced Cable S. I went online to Comcast in Colo. and I was told that their employees must have the Comcast Uniform and truck. I cancelled the telephone, additional TV, and the computer hookups. I called Quest and went through the lengthy process of having my same number re-retrieved from the impending service with Comcast! Beware of any service with this company! I was NOT treated per their ad, covered shoes my eye! Not even in a Comcast uniform, no tool boxes, etc. I felt as though my placed was being checked out for trouble. Comcast tried to get me to reconsider (over my online connection with them in Colo) but they wouldn't meet my schedule, so I said forget a new appointment. I EXPECT COMCAST PEOPLE WHEN I ORDER COMCAST SERVICES!
