Gus did a great job of explaining my options. He is very knowledgeable.

Worst

We had an emergency call and expected (and were told beforehand) to pay more per hour for the the labor. What we were not told and never expected was the parts were now more, too....

I have done business with Besco Air (and with Jim Cox before Besco was established) for around 17 years. They have always provided excellent service and the technicians who come to our house have always been professional. [One remark about this survey: It says I can rank by stars OR I can write a Review Summary and Review. But when I first omitted the Review Summary and Review, the survey would not proceed until I entered a Review Summary and Review. So consider getting the survey software fixed.] more

Trustworthy and Excellent Service! 5/2/2017

Besco Air is great! I have used their services twice. I went back to them to a second time as I found the technician to be trustworthy. He did not try to sell something just because. For example, he was okay with coming back and checking on a part in my air conditioning unit that potentially needed fixing instead of pressuring me to purchase something that was not immediately needed -- thus, saving me money. more

First rate company, great service, competitively priced 5/1/2017

The customer service was great from start to finish. We had entertained a variety of options for cooling our bungalow. Besco came up with a variety of options which were explained in great detail by their representative. Even after settling on a plan various questions continued to come up which were immediately addressed. The service techs were great; any variations in the primary plan were discussed before implementing them. The two man crew was upbeat and communicated all the steps they were taking during the installation of our cooling system. When dropping off our deposit at the office, 3 different employees asked me if they could help me. You don't see that every day. We had 3 bids on this project with Besco coming in with the best. We would highly recommend them to our neighbors. more

Efficient, Thorough, Patient! 4/27/2017

I was very pleased with Besco Air. I called them in to look at our air conditioning, and also to do a status check on our furnaces. So I've used their services on a couple of occasions so far. They were very easy to schedule with and their technician arrived on time. They were very patient and thorough in explaining the situation to me--what the issues were, what needed to be done, etc. They took the time to answer all my questions about the process, which I appreciated. They were very professional and efficient during the visit and they did a great job. They gave me detailed recommendations on what type of units we need to get and they were very willing to accommodate my requests. I will definitely use their services every year for regular maintenance of our furnaces and air conditioning systems. more

Reliable, responsive, and always on time 4/26/2017

I have used Besco Air about 4 or 5 times now and I have always had an excellent experience. They are reliable, responsive, and always on time. They do their best to accommodate for an appointment at the soonest possible time and even call before they arrive to notify me. The technicians are very polite and put shoe covers on before they enter the house. They always explain very clearly about the work they do and any issues that arise so I am always in the loop. Last year, there was something wrong with the furnace and Besco took care of that for me. The technician even helped me set the thermostat because I was having a hard time seeing the numbers. On the most recent visit, they cleaned our air conditioning unit and there have been no problems. They have reasonable pricing and the quality of their service is worth every penny. I will use them again in the future and I would recommend them to everyone. more

They Return My Calls 4/25/2017

I have dealt with the guys over at Besco Air a couple of times now and the thing that I like the most is that they return my calls. It seems like nowadays if you call ten of these HVAC companies maybe three will return your call, so it is a big thing for me that these guys always return my calls. Their guys always show up on time as well and they get the job done right the first time. They really know what they are doing and because of that I have never had any problems with them. Overall they provide a truly satisfactory experience. more

Very Happy and Great Quality! 4/18/2017

We are very happy with Besco Air Inc. We have used them twice, now. Our most recent transaction with Besco Air was the purchasing of a new furnace. We were very happy with the experience and what we got for the money. Their quality is of the highest level and I definitely recommend them to others. more

I had an overall good experience with Besco Air. They installed and serviced heating and air conditioning units for me. Their customer service was fine and they have competitive pricing. This was my first time using them and I would use them again in the future. I would absolutely recommend Besco to others. more

Lived Up To The Recommendation 4/10/2017

The guys over at Besco Air came highly recommended online and they did not disappoint. Everything turned out spectacularly and the price was really good as well. I have to be honest and admit that I did not really pay attention to what they were doing too much because they came so highly recommended, and if they were bad they would not be so highly recommended. The end result is great and based solely off of that I would recommend them as well. more

Very Convenient 4/4/2017

I have to say that I am very pleased with the work that the guys from Besco Air did for me recently. They were very efficient and I felt comfortable with leaving them in my home unattended. They did their work and then left after tidying up after themselves. The only evidence that they had been there at all was that my air conditioning system was working perfectly again. I would definitely use them again because it was very convenient. more

Worth The Wait 4/3/2017

I have to say that I am quite happy with how everything turned out with my experience with the people over at Besco Air. It took them a little while to get out to service my unit, but it was definitely worth the wait. The technician that came out was very polite and friendly and he definitely went the extra mile. Along with fixing the problem he even tuned up my unit which I really appreciated. Definitely would recommend Besco. more

Nothing But Good Things 3/31/2017

I have nothing but good things to say about the guys over at Besco Air. These guys are just excellent to work with because they make everything as smooth and easy as possible. Whenever I need them they are able to get out to my house in no time at all which is just super convenient. The technicians are super professional and very courteous and respectful of my home. I have never had to call them back out for the same problem and their prices are very fair. They are everything you could want in a air service spot. more

Install Mitsubishi mini split systems 3/23/2017

Besco was very friendly and easy to work with from the start. We met with 4 companies before deciding to go with Besco. The had the best reviews of all 4 companies, they weren't pushy, and they were fairly priced so we hired them. The work was done well, the guys were friendly and even fixed a problem they saw with air not circulating in our mechanical room for free. Joe even came back a few days after the units were installed to make sure we were happy and program things exactly the way that worked best for us. I'd definitely use them again. more
