We had an emergency call and expected (and were told beforehand) to pay more per hour for the the labor. What we were not told and never expected was the parts were now more, too. We felt this was completely taking advantage of a desperate situation. We had a tenant with no heat on a 23° day and were expecting a ton of snow. We now were already paying the upcharge for the service call, what were we going to do - not fix the issue? The tech was very nice and explained the $120 part (I questioned as this same part was replaced by this same company in another unit in this building) was now over $400. And worse was we needed another part and therefore another upcharge. We had to pay for both - we have used this company before and were happy with the service but never again. Robbery.
