Gus did a great job of explaining my options. He is very knowledgeable.

Worst

We had an emergency call and expected (and were told beforehand) to pay more per hour for the the labor. What we were not told and never expected was the parts were now more, too....

Satisfied new customer 12/17/2015

Besco Air installed the new furnace for me and they installed some duct work. I was actually finishing my basement but they did the duct work for me. They were very flexible with what I needed and they were creative with what they needed to do to get the work done. They did a good job and the price was pretty competitive too! Highly recommend them. more

Very pleased. 12/10/2015

Besco Air has been great. We have been with them for a year, and the service has been outstanding. My one issue would be that they do not reach out to schedule the followup maintenance appointments. There is a service plan that we have with our unit that includes checkups in the winter and spring. I can reach out to them, but I would prefer it if they would call me to schedule the appointments. Other than that we have been very pleased. The prices are competitive, and the technicians are great. They are timely, knowledgeable, and courteous. They don't ever try to sell us on spending more money than we need to. I feel that they have our best interest in mind. more

Fantastic service, professional installation couldn't be happier. 10/1/2014

I have a catering business and my HVAC unit went out. It was summertime and it was hot, so I needed it fixed quick. Ed the salesmen, went through a couple of different models and options of how to fix my HVAC. Ed saved me money as he got me a pretty identical HVAC unit so they could switch it out really quickly and smoothly. The installation was quick and it was up and running in a manner of hours. The workers were great and very professional. They came back the next day and did some tweaks. Ed would really took care of me. He understood what I wanted and made sure that the installation went correctly. Ed was great to work with. I tip my hat to him. more

A pleasant and constructive experience 9/22/2014

Besco Air Inc. cleaned out and re-routed my air-conditioner and chimney. It had condensation, and they cleared around the condensation. Joe did great work. He did thorough paperwork and explained everything he was doing. He and his other workers worked their tails off. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Besco replaced my air-conditioning unit. They were very responsive and professional. When they were here I spoke with them, and the project man answered the phone right away. He returned calls right away, and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. The work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. more

They earned my trust! Great experience! 9/3/2014

I recently used Besco Air to help make my basement more livable. I had a bunch of radiator piping the I needed to be recessed into the ceiling and I wanted to add a boiler. In addition to those things, they added a radiator to the basement. They did a great job! They were willing to work with newer supplies that other companies are reluctant to use. That was one of the key factors I needed for this project, and they found a way to make it work. On a project of this scale, little hiccups are bound to pop up, and Besco Air responded very well to those hiccups. They made sure the job was done right. Additionally, the front end sales work was fantastic! Joe was great. He was open to all ideas, he wasn't just driving a specific product. He looked for the best solution to the problem and listened to all of my ideas. more

New furnace and ac install 4/28/2014

Jim Cox, I had your service technician come out for our annual cleaning, during his inspection he found a small crack was starting in the heat exchanger and recommended that I have a comfort advisor talk to me about replacing the equipment because of the age. I had Joe Pedota come out and give me a bunch of options and gave me his recomendations on what would be the best for my house. The system that he proposed also qualified for all the energy utility rebates. Joe was very polite and not high pressure in his approach. He answered all my questions and I decided to go with besco. The day of the installation the Besco installers Robert & Manny showed up on time and were very polite and proffecional through out the entire day. At the end of the day they cleaned up the work area, it was like nothing was disturbed. Everyone at Besco is great including their inside staff starting with Cathy. She is also very polite and profecional on the phone. She goes above and beyond to answer all my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Besco Air to all my family and friends. Good when they do their job 12/31/2013

I bought a furnace and it began to have problems. When I contacted them they came fairly quickly but there were times in the past where they missed obvious things. One day I went down stairs and I noticed the filter was not wired up correctly, so I realized they had failed to complete this simple step. They came in and cleaned my unit so when they do what they are supposed to do they are a fair company to deal with. more

Excellent and reliable service 12/27/2013

Besco Air Inc. has been well worth our time and money in the past year. We found them because they're conveniently located close by. They've made a few fixes and installed a brand new energy-efficient heating unit for us that has been functioning very well. We called them recently to inspect it and it came out to have had no problems so far. Additionally, it has lowered our heating bills significantly. They're professional and genuine. Jim and Victor are always very polite and helpful. Overall, we're very satisfied. more

Great prices and even better service! 12/20/2013

Besco Air Inc was great. We were finishing our basement and needed to have heating put in, and we ended up getting a whole new furnace. Ours was really old, so we got a newer, more efficient model. Besco gave us a very good quote that was much lower than the other quotes we got. The installation went great! The workers were very professional, very nice, friendly and polite. The furnace is great. It's really nice. I felt like the guy, I think his name was Ed, who came out to the house really knew what he was talking about much more than the guy from the other place. I immediately saw him as an expert. He was also a lot more trustworthy. He didn't up-sell me on anything I didn't need. There was no high pressure and the price was a lot better. I also was confident they would get the job done right. more

Great service. They worked with me. 12/19/2013

I got a complete system installed by Besco Air. It was an AC unit, a furnace, and all of the duct work for the system. They recommended a lot for the layout and designed it all. They really worked on it. If any obstacles or unforeseen things came up, they resolved the issues without any additional charge. That was very nice. They were also flexible with my schedule, clean, and relatively quiet (considering the kind of work they were doing). more

Besco Air came in a couple of times and replaced a few pumps and some piping in our system. We have two separate heating units in our house, and the upstairs one had never worked since I've been here. They got it working. The last couple days, we've had some problems. I think it was just some electrical stuff going out, though. When I called them about it, they were able to come right after we spoke. I would give the customer service and timeliness an A+. more

Besco Air Inc. just replaced the furnace in my home. In the summertime, they did some work on the AC unit. Everything and everyone - from the representative who first came out, to the two gentlemen who did the work - turned out to be top-notch. more

Great service. 9/30/2013

Besco Air did some service work on the heater, furnace, and air conditioning. Last fall, I had to get a new furnace. They helped me decide on what furnace to get. They were great. The guys who came to install the new furnace saved me money by getting my old furnace out of a tight spot in the wall without cutting the wall up. There was also a salesman who followed up after the installation helping me on how to use the furnace efficiently. I was happy with the whole installation. more

Besco definitely has integrity. 9/26/2013

On my initial call with Besco Air Inc., I was asking for an estimate. I asked about one brand, and then another. I used one of the 800 numbers that I had gotten on the first brand, and the Besco Air person was very reluctant to even talk about the second brand. I realized this was because Besco had paid co-op dollars for that 800 number. So, the fact that he couldn't talk about the second brand proved to me that there was a lot of integrity there. more
