Gus did a great job of explaining my options. He is very knowledgeable.

Worst

We had an emergency call and expected (and were told beforehand) to pay more per hour for the the labor. What we were not told and never expected was the parts were now more, too....

Very good 11/30/2016

Overall, Besco Air has been very responsive and very good. I have a service plan with them, which means that they routinely check on my air system. The only problem I have is that they don't notify me when I have a check up, and it takes a little prodding to get them to come own, but once I do, they come out right away. They show up on time, they do their work, and they're tidy. I would recommend them and have before. more

We just used Besco Air Inc. one time and they are coming back next week to continue to work. So far, they did some air conditioning work and it all seems to be going just fine. They show up on time and they are professional, so everything is good. They are very responsive. more

I Had A Positive Experience 11/22/2016

Besco Air Inc. had serviced the previous owners of the home that I have brought. I have the annual/seasonal contract with them. Recently, I had my air conditioning unit repaired. The technician was very attentive, communicated well and overall just did a good job. more

Good service 11/16/2016

My air conditioner was apparently struck by lightening and the compressor was destroyed and needed to be replaced. Out of several companies that I called, Besco Air Inc. was very quick to respond. They diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it quickly. They did all of this in the midst of a very hot day in Chicago. I was very happy with their service. I would recommend them to others. more

Good people 11/14/2016

For the most part I really like Besco Air. The people that work there are very respectful and polite and they do a great job of making their customers feel valued. The installers that came to put in our unit were very professional and thorough. The only reason that I did not give them five stars is because while the service is good, they only do what they absolutely must. We had a situation once where we had a gas issue the day before they came over and the problem required above and beyond service which we did not receive. Other than that though they are really great people and they do good work at a pretty good price. more

I did an internet search and found Besco Air Inc. I hired them to do a complete maintenance for my air conditioning and furnace unit. The technicians were professional and prompt. I would recommend this company. more

Over Charged 11/3/2016

Initially I had Besco Air Inc. to install the units in all of my apartment dwellings. Since it was a good experience the first time I thought about calling them again to service a unit that I was having difficulties with. I was quoted that for a technician to come out it was going to be charged $80 and if there isn't anything to fix then I would just be charged for them to come out. However, I was also on a timer which will make the cost more should he has to actually make the repairs. Well, during the process the technician actually took a telemarketing phone call while he was working - meanwhile I'm being charged. The final conclusion was that he didn't have to fix or replace anything. So, when he told me my final cost it was an extra $40 added onto the $80! I asked him why and he said because of the amount of time it took him on this service appointment. I feel like I was being over charged for the time he spent on the phone call. This was in my opinion abusive to do me as a customer. more

A Reliable and Honest Company 10/18/2016

I have been using Besco Air Inc. for about 4 to 5 years and they are the best! We have a dual heating and air unit. We have a specific technician who comes out to my home that we like. He knows us and he knows my home. In fact, we are due for our fall cleaning and I am certain that the service and experience will be great. I really appreciate how they are on time for their appointments and if he's going to be late he'll call ahead of time to notify me that he will be running a couple minutes late. I would definitely recommend this company. more

We made the right choice. 10/13/2016

Our 29 year old system was replaced by Besco in late September. I could not have asked for a better experience. All my questions were answer before I signed on the dotted line. Their price was competitive. The service in terms of answering questions and taking care of registering the equipment and filing for rebates was a nice touch. And the people are friendly, efficient and easy to talk with. Thanks Besco more

Besco Air Inc. is one of our vendors and we have been using them for a little while. I don't feel comfortable commenting on the service cause I'm usually not there when they are doing maintenance but they were part of our vendors list since before I even started working here and we just always keep them handy. They are very personable and reliable. You know, a good business. more
